Vivek Joshi (born 21 May 1966[1]) is a 1989-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from Haryana who has been serving as the Personnel Secretary of India since from 19 August 2024.[2][3]

Early life
editJoshi was born on 21 May 1966 in Uttar Pradesh, India.[1]
Education
editJoshi received Bachelor's degree of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and He then earned a postgraduate diploma in International Business from the IIFT, New Delhi. afterwards He earned Degree of M.A and Ph.D both in Internal Economics from Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.[4]
