Discussion
editFor background, the need for these case-fixed redirects is so that I can go through and fix the case of links containing things like "Men's Basketball Tournament" and "Conference Baseball Tournament". In most cases these case fixes will avoid redirecting through the over-capitalized redirects left behind from the moves. But in quite a few cases, the articles are linked through these old over-capitalized redirects that were not moved or copied, so fixing the case in the links would make redlinks unless these redirects are moved or copied to the case-corrected form. In many cases, there's no actual use of the over-capitalized redirects, so no immediate need for the case-fixed redirects, but it's good to have them anyway in case such links are made in the future. After this bot run, I'll work on completing the case cleanup edits from the recent big bot-executed moves supported by the linked RM. Dicklyon (talk) 05:28, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Speedily Approved. Bot already tested on a similar task that proved non-controversial. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 19:45, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
