- Very nice. Worth getting rid of the vignetting? — Chris Woodrich (talk) 14:24, 11 July 2016 (UTC)
- @Crisco 1492: It's very typical of the time, although it'd also be pretty easy to remove, as it's just two corners away from her. I'll remove it if consensus is to remove it. Adam Cuerden (talk) 14:37, 11 July 2016 (UTC)
- @Crisco 1492: I tried reducing the vignetting, in case it's wanted: File:GREIDER Carol 2014 - Less vignetting.jpg Adam Cuerden (talk) 04:29, 16 July 2016 (UTC)
- I'd support that one. — Chris Woodrich (talk) 07:46, 16 July 2016 (UTC)

- Support either – I kind of prefer the first image, the one with the vignetting, not because of the vignetting per se but for two different reasons: 1) I think with the vignetting, the eye is drawn more to her face and expression, and 2) for color balance. The black at the edges, especially the upper edges, picks up the black in her dress (that appears beneath her sweater). Without the vignetting, the background is nearly the same color as her outfit. However, I'm no expert in photography, so I defer to the image experts here. – Corinne (talk) 00:10, 17 July 2016 (UTC)

- There is a clear consensus that alt 1 should be promoted. Armbrust The Homunculus 19:55, 20 July 2016 (UTC)
