Fix the reference of Georgios Dritsakos

dates of wiki articles

hi --- i just looked up "critical theory" and "social issues" and downloaded them as PDFs. when i file such items, i almost always imbed the "last edited" date from the bottom of the article. that date was omitted from both PDFs, so i re-checked your "live" articles, and those dates are present there. out of curiosity, why are the last-edited dates not carried into the PDF's. tanx Martin da nazz (talk) 02:03, 17 August 2023 (UTC)

Hello, Martin da nazz. Every Wikipedia article has a "History" tab, which is easily visible in the Vector 2010 skin that I use. It may be harder to find when using other skins, apps and mobile sites. In any event, Critical theory was last edited by a bot on August 12 and a human editor on August 6. Both were minor edits. Cullen328 (talk) 02:37, 17 August 2023 (UTC)

@Martin da nazz I just now downloaded Critical theory and the final line of my output says Retrieved from "https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Critical_theory&oldid=1170028747" , so the link points to the specific OID that was used to generate the .pdf: in effect, a timestamp. @CyberDaniel Can't say for sure (since I don't know what you tried), but a common mistake is to upload pictures you didn't take yourself with your own camera, Commons only accept "free" stuff. As GGS says, Commons has its own help desk, C:Commons:Help desk. But if you post there, I very strongly advise you to be clearer about your problem. "It doesn't work" is an utterly useless phrase for anybody trying to investigate a problem. Tell them what you were trying to do, how you were doing it, and what happened. Remove user page history

Hi, I would like to remove or hide the edit history of my user page over privacy concerns. I'm not sure how to do it myself or who to ask, so I figured this would be a good place to start. The most recent version can stay up. Thank you in advance. Markie93 (talk) 10:30, 17 August 2023 (UTC)

Draft:Zvi Landsman

Hi, it's been 6 months total since I first published a draft. Since, it gpt declined and now it's been 2 months since I edited it and still wasnt reviewed, any thoughts on how to speed this process? Newlywo (talk) 15:16, 17 August 2023 (UTC)

@Newlywo As far as I can tell, your article draft has been declined six times, starting with the first decline this February. It still contains unreferenced assertions such as Landsman is single and lives in Tel Aviv. You need to put in the effort to fix all the comments left by the reviewers if you expect it to be reviewed favourably at the seventh attempt. Mike Turnbull (talk) 15:23, 17 August 2023 (UTC)

@ColinFine I see at the top of articles (eg) "5,282 revisions since 2001-10-20 (+51 minutes), 2,517 editors, 153 watchers, 8,043 pageviews (30 days), created by: Clasqm (968) · See full page statistics" from 1977. Timtrent that is XTools. I did a search on "See full page statistics" and found an entry in the Teahouse Archives that matched. To quote that posting: Go to Preferences > Gadgets > Appearance and scroll down to the last entry, entitled 'XTools: dynamically show statistics about a page's history under the page heading' check it and Save.Naraht (talk) 19:30, 19 August 2023 (UTC)

Timtrent Check it and see if it comes back! It is also possible that you had Xtools installed by hand since it was individually designated that way before it was a standard gadget.Naraht (talk) 20:02, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
