About the event

This is a joint event between Wikimedia UK and the BFI.

The event will focus on editing Wikipedia articles about Films, especially British films representing British BAME (black, Asian, minority ethnic) communities, or made by BAME filmmakers.

It is intended for current and future users of the BFI library who want to edit Wikipedia articles. Whether you are an experienced Wikipedian who would like to learn some shortcuts and editing tips, or to learn about Wikipedia's quality assessment process. Or you are a film buff who wants to improve coverage of films.
