I go out to work on Monday morning. Tuesday, I go off to honeymoon.
I'll be back again before it's time for sunny down. I'll be lazing on a Sunday afternoon.
Bicycling on every Wednesday evening! Thursday, I go waltzing to the zoo.
I come from a London town, I'm just an ordinary guy.
Fridays, I go painting in the louvre. I'm bound to be proposing on a Saturday night,
I'll be lazing on a Sunday afternoon!

Slightly modified lyrics from Queen's Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon. Can anyone think of any links for "honeymoon", "before it's time for sunny down" and "London town"? Anyway, I don't know about you guys, but I love it. :P SimonKSK 18:14, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

This is something that happens to us all, for example in the See also or External links sections when you click on Wikiquote or Commons templates, and on the Wikipedia's sister projects section at the bottom of the main page here in the English Wikipedia. Who is not aware of that (IMHO) can feel like Dorothy. –pjoef (talkcontribs) 09:27, 20 July 2010 (UTC)

It is difficult to produce a television documentary that is both incisive and probing when every twelve minutes one is interrupted by twelve dancing rabbits singing about toilet paper.

Question Um... I have no idea how old you are (and I am not going to ask... that would be rude), but as random has taken on a new meaning to the youngsters of this world (which I still don't understand, as I am in my thirties) would you mind clarifying what you mean? Sorry to be a pain! Stephen! Coming... 16:14, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
Answer - Well as in random I mean it's an odd linking with linkspam because while it's true that it would be hard to make a FA with spam it's not that common a thing. Bit hard to explain it so hopefully the explanation isn't very confusing ;) Derild4921 16:21, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
Gotcha. I thought Linkspam was appropriate, as some people can litter articles with these. Maybe instead of FA, we could use GA? Or even Wikipedia? BTW, in an attempt to self-teach, I have discovered that the "yoof" meaning of random is synonymous with a non sequitor. Stephen! Coming... 16:29, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

        • I just don't see how a vegetarian diet benefits the Earth. We're all animals too. Animals eat each other. It's no good trying to change what we are. SimonKSK 14:01, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
          • Sorry, Spitfire, I just can't resist.OK, here are some of the points about why Einstein's quote makes sense.
            • Humans did not start to eat meat until one of those Ice Ages. Our bodies (long guts, blunt teeth) are still designed to eat veggies. Please see T. Colin Campbell's studies for further information. Meat is one of the main causes of heart attack and a few types of cancer too.
            • The modern livestock industry is very wasteful. This is because the increasing population means mass and industrial production of meat, which is not only cruel to the animals and the environment, but wastes a lot of food as well. If meat is cut off for all people in the world, then nobody will starve. (It can still support the current population, though of course this might change in the future.) And guess what? Not enough food means W-A-R.
            • While carbon dioxide is the main greenhouse gas, it a) is less powerful than methane and laughing gas, which are mostly from the livestock industry and b) hangs around in our atmosphere for a very long time, so even if we stop emitting CO2 now, change won't come for years. Not to mention that the livestock industry of the twenty-first century produces a lot of water pollution AND wastes massive amounts of electricity. And if we don't protect the environment, you know what will happen: W-A-R.
            • I hope you understand what Einstein is trying to say now. Kayau Voting IS evil 09:07, 27 July 2010 (UTC)

It's been lying on my UP for some time. I finally have the pleasure of bringing it to the MOTD. Kayau Voting IS evil 02:03, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

For you, I wanna write the sickest rhyme of my life.

I'm iffy about this. The links are generic, so some suggestions would be very welcome. SimonKSK 21:42, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

Edit 1. I liked the original but came up with this variation... seems a little more appropriate, but maybe not... --khfan93 (t) (c) 03:32, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
