editCan't set up vandal fighter
editI can't set up last version of vandal fighter with mac os, no way to automatically detect my browser (chrome), with manual setting up of the browser can't find the right file. How to resolve this issue? Thanks, bye.--Giacomo Seics (talk) 00:51, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
- WP:VF is the relevant page. For bug reports, use User talk:Henna/VF/Bugs. Tevildo (talk) 01:39, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
Icon, disappear
editPlease, can anyone tell me how do I make the icon of an Android app invisible on smartphone screen (while the app is still there in the phone) 124.253.255.94 (talk) 05:33, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
- Press and hold the icon you want to remove. Every version of Android is a little different, but generally the view will change a little, and a "Remove" option will appear at the top of the screen. Drag the icon to the "Remove" option. Continue holding the icon and drag it to the "Remove" option. If you accidentally release the icon before dragging it, you will have to press and hold it again. Release the icon on the "Remove" option. The icon will be removed from your home screen. WegianWarrior (talk) 17:54, 26 June 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks, friend. But it doesn't happen. If I press and hold an app icon, the option that appears is "uninstall", and not "remove". "Remove" occurs only when I have already made a second copy of the app's icon and taken it to desktop. : O.P.
- The question stands. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.56.126.182 (talk) 01:20, 28 June 2016 (UTC)
- What phone do you have? The behaviour you described sounds like you already opened the app drawer and you're trying to drag icons from there. (or that you're using an iPhone, which always has all the icons on one of the home screens, but you would probably know if that was the case :-)) 82.6.151.23 (talk) 11:40, 28 June 2016 (UTC)
- Actually, I am using a Micromax Canvas Juice AQ5001 with Android version 5.0 : O.P. 125.62.119.112 (talk) 16:09, 28 June 2016 (UTC)

- Try this: Settings, scroll down and press Toolbox. If Toolbox not active, slide the little button at top right of screen to the right to activate it. You should see several message sentences, among them is "You can also customize which shortcuts appear on the floating Toolbox menu." I pressed 'EDIT' and got a list of apps and their icons. Perhaps you can figure out how to use it. I didn't want to mess with any of my settings. Akld guy (talk) 03:48, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
Photoshop Chessboard background
edit- How do I create it in CS6?
- How do I erase a white background from an image and insert point (1)? – I’m guessing "Magic Wand Tool" would do the trick.
Apostle (talk) 18:20, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
- Not sure in Photoshop, but in GIMP you would use layers, where the top layer has the foreground image with a transparent background, and the bottom layer has the chessboard background. You could then export to other formats, some of which, lacking transparency or layers, would merge it into a single image. Tricky parts are if the foreground fades into the white background, or if the foreground also contains the background color, or if there is a lot of overlap, such as a window screen in the foreground. If you don't have those situations, the border between them is much more clear cut. StuRat (talk) 18:20, 26 June 2016 (UTC)
- Sorted. Found it in Photoshop. The word transparent is used. The problems that arise however is what you stated. Thank you. -- Apostle (talk) 19:19, 26 June 2016 (UTC)
- Create a brush, fill the picture with the tyled brush shape. --Hans Haase (有问题吗) 20:31, 26 June 2016 (UTC)
- Are you talking about "GIMP" or "Photoshop CS6"? -- Apostle (talk) 19:51, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- I did so with GIMP, but PS CS6 should be similar. --Hans Haase (有问题吗) 21:47, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- Its currently uninstalled. I'm waiting/trying to install and reinstall a lot of things, but I can't work around to it... -- Apostle (talk) 11:59, 28 June 2016 (UTC)
