Hello, are you interested in the River Thames? Then we would like to invite you to join us on this project.
WikiProject River Thames is an open group of Wikipedia editors dedicated to improving and expanding Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to the River Thames. Our scope includes the Thames' locks, crossings, islands, tributaries, riverside settlements, ports, marinas, all river-based businesses, services, sport, events and leisure activities as well as the Thames in history, art and literature.
The aims of WikiProject Thames are to promote comprehensive coverage of all Thames topics within Wikipedia and to collaborate to promote Thames-related articles to good or featured status.
WikiProject Thames was founded on 23 August 2008 and is still in development – please do pitch in with your ideas and help shape its future.
