The 5 Second Guide to WP 1.0 bot

WP 1.0 bot is a way to easily keep tabs on your WikiProject. It is able to generate interactive tables and other statistics both for your WikiProject and for Wikipedia as a whole.

Getting started

To begin using WP 1.0 bot:

Create the categories that the bot will use to sort pages in your WikiProject. There is a tool (currently not functioning) to do this, or you may do it manually.
Make a project template to place on talk pages of articles related to your WikiProject. For an example, see {{WikiProject Biography}}.
Tag articles that are related to your WikiProject by adding the project template from the previous step to their talk pages.
Make the magic happen and click here to immediately run the bot for your WikiProject and check out the results.
