- Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?
- Other major political ideologies such as conservatism, socialism, anarchism and libertarianism have their own WikiProjects, so it seems very out of place that an ideology as major, prominent and widespread as liberalism does not have its own WikiProject. Discussion
edit- I don't think this is a deal-breaker, but the conservatism wiki-project has, in the past, had a troubled history of WP:Canvassing for US-conservative POVs. That's not a reason to deny a liberalism project, but it could be a good reason to have this project declare a clear policy against doing that sort of thing. --Tryptofish (talk) 19:03, 10 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- I'd have no problem with that. Helper201 (talk) 03:40, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Didn't the liberalism task force get shut down just a few years ago? Graham (talk) 05:09, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Approximately five years is quite a long time relative to the existence of Wikipedia in my view. So, I thought it would be worth rediscussing the merits of establishing such a WikiProject. Helper201 (talk) 15:58, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
