Every two year a roll call will be started to maintain a healthy active members list. Roll call will be initiated between the end of the year (November/December) until the new year started. All the user who doesn't answer the roll call will be moved to the inactive members list. They can also voluntarily leave the WikiProject without having their name in the inactive members list. But they are still free to move back or add back to the active members list. Skip to the current roll call (2017) Procedure Sending All messages will be sent to all the active members in WikiProject Malaysia. Instructions If you are new here and you wanted to join the WikiProject: First of all, welcome to WikiProject Malaysia! To add yourself in the WikiProject, just add your name to the "New users" section at the specific year. If you wish to stay in the WikiProject: Move your name to the "Users wish to stay in the WikiProject" section at the specific year. If you wish to leave the WikiProject: We are sad to see you go! You may think twice and if you decided to leave, move your name to the "Users who voluntarily wish to leave the WikiProject" section at the specific year. Maybe also explaining why. Process Joining/Active If the user was in the "New users" list, it will be added into the active members list. If the user wish to stay in the WikiProject, the name will stay at the active members list as no action required. Leaving/Inactive If the user wish to leave in the WikiProject, the name will be removed from the active members list. If the user does not reply to roll call, the name will be moved from the active members list to inactive members list. → If the user is in the WP:MY Newsletter Subscription, it will be removed as well. → The user will not receive any roll call / notification about WP:MY afterwards. 2017 roll call The roll call was initiated from 26 November 2016 until 1 January 2017.
