An introduction to multilingualism and the outcomes of languages in contact (existing in the same communities of speakers). Students will improve wikipedia pages related to the major concepts in class. The page on plurilingualism, for example, could be one page students improve. Students will also be researching multilingualism in a particular city or country and can update pages such as the one on official multilingualism.
