I have noticed that in the last couple months, I am the only editor to do anything on this page, besides the newly knighted User:MikeAllen, who is also a heavy Saw editor. Things need to be updated, discussions and things began, etc. Should we create a new newsletter to bring members? Also, over half of the editors in the "Participants" section are either blocked or havent made a single edit in months or years. I am going to place an "Active participants" subsection to let people know who is an active Saw editor and also who checks this page. Lets revive this page! - HEY! I do some Saw editing. Not as much as you and Mike, but I still do some. Ha ha. Right now, I can't edit as much with these particular articles because I haven't seen Saw 6, so I'm not up-to-date on the interconnecting story. I've been trying to focus on certain grammar mistakes, and trimming and such right now. But if there's anything I can do (hopefully without spoiling myself on the sixth entry) just let me know. Cheers! --HELLØ ŦHERE 17:37, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
- Jp, what do you think about the way I am working on the franchise page, by expanding it? Thoughts anyone? --Mike Allen 21:34, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
- Honestly, I don't think the films need necessarily that much attention on the franchise page, and the overview of the story is missing. Just my opinion. It's looking fairly good though. Except for the films section, I don't see much difference with the version it's at now. But, if Ground agrees, I'd be up for changing the main page to be more like your subpage version. --HELLØ ŦHERE 21:52, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
- You're right. Looking at the Halloween franchise article, it has the overview, and a Development section. I can merge the info like that, later. Ground has already made List of Saw media, List of Saw cast members, and List of Scream Queens episodes. He's fast. lol --Mike Allen 23:24, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
- I think we could remove a lot of those inactive members, like the ones that are blocked or having signed in a a long time. --Mike Allen 23:38, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
- lol I dont even like editing lists but I guess thats my thing lol Yeah I think the franchise page is way long. The thing that it is really lacking is a development/history section. There is a lot of stuff behind the films and it should be documented. I dont think it would be a bad idea to remove a lot of those inactive members but it can go either way, we just need to look through the edit history of every Saw article and invite new members to the project. - Hi all! Ironically, I've only seen the first Saw - I'm not one for a lot of gore in films - but I am good with finding references to things, copyediting, spell checking, reorganizing and such so after you invited me to the project I saw I could still prove useful to the team. I'll let the diehard fans do the storyline checking. Cheers, LovelyLillith (talk) 05:53, 9 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Hello and greetings from the maintainers of the WP 1.0 Bot! As you may or may not know, we are currently involved in an overhaul of the bot, in order to make it more modern and maintainable. As part of this process, we will be rewriting the web tool that is part of the project. You might have noticed this tool if you click through the links on the project assessment summary tables.
We'd like to collect information on how the current tool is used by....you! How do you yourself and the other maintainers of your project use the web tool? Which of its features do you need? How frequently do you use these features? And what features is the tool missing that would be useful to you? We have collected all of these questions at this Google form where you can leave your response. Walkerma (talk) 04:24, 27 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
