No Importance scale?

Hi there - Re the {WikiProject Women} template: When I click on This article has been rated as Top-importance on the project's importance scale, I see Quality criteria, but no Importance criteria. Is there a link I'm missing? Thanks, and Mabuhay! - LoRETta/LeoRomero 19:41, 13 December 2015 (UTC)
