Acquisition

In June 2025, Vaidam Health acquired MediJourney, a digital healthcare facilitation platform. The acquisition was described as an all-cash transaction aimed at expanding the company's international reach and strengthening its digital capabilities in medical travel facilitation.[4][7][8]

Partnerships

In February 2022, Vaidam Health partnered with Visa to facilitate easier payment access for medical travellers from Bangladesh and other South Asian countries, with the aim of improving access to medical care in India.[9]

Vanuatu partnership
