Move discussion in progress
editThere is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Al-Mu'tasim-Billah al-Gaddafi which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RM bot 09:46, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
Marriage to Idi Amin
editWhen the report of this marriage was deleted, the possible timing and source of the information were denigrated. The article never stated that Ayesha was married to Amin while he was ruler of Uganda. The assertion that Ya Libnan is an unreliable source was not substantiated. Tapered (talk) 23:03, 17 August 2011 (UTC)
- Tapered, I feel you were a little hasty in adding this information again without discussing it first. Please read the discussion - especially the bit about living people and reliable sources - on my talk page before acting again. It seems as if you are taking umbrage about a website, when what we need here are the facts about a living person. —Preceding undated comment added 01:30, 18 August 2011 (UTC).
Lt. Colonel or Lt. General?
editWhere is the source of her status under Quadhafi's army. If Quadhafi did not promote himself to general it is doubtful any Libyan would make it past lieutenant colonel. 69.143.110.86 (talk) 03:24, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

Scam using her name
editI received email from someone claiming to be her, to be in Burkina Faso, and to be looking for help getting over thirty million dollars from a bank account there without the UN knowing. Obviously, none of this is true. While, the person who sent it might be in Burkina Faso, but she isn't, and there's no 30.5 million dollars.
It's obviously a scam, but obviousness doesn't meet Wikipedia reliable source rules.
Can someone find a reliable source and then update the article to say that she is not in Burkina Faso so that anyone receiving the scam e-mail knows it's a scam?

- I have been receiving similar messages (they go straight into the spam inbox, though), but they claim that she is in Oman, which checks with the article. Can that be verified? 2804:389:D04C:E8C1:7894:3691:DAF3:3A45 (talk) 18:30, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
