editThis movie should have its own separate page, as it's already out in theaters. 209.247.23.40 (talk) 19:44, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
- Feel free to begin one if you have the references to do so. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 20:40, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
- Funny thing is Memories of Nobody and DiamondDust Rebellion doesn't have sources for the plot either SuperSilver901 19:50, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
- That's because straight plot summaries are assumed to be sourced to the source work. Bleach (manga) doesn't have an explicit reference for its plot section, either. 「ダイノガイ千?!」(Dinoguy1000) 20:46, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
Notability
editI see this article has been created several times, there is also at least one fork Bleach the Movie 3. The movie seems notable (part of a popular franchise and in Top 10 hits in Japanese Box Office). It seems no less notable and no less referenced than the 2nd movie, which I don't see had any issues with notability, and to be honest, the same holds true for the 1st movie, who has a few more refs due to to the English DVD release. Further, the 2nd movie was created several months before the movie hit the screens; the same is true for the 1st one. What makes the third movie different? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 01:28, 16 April 2009 (UTC) piss and viniger taste good —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.165.28.44 (talk) 16:20, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
Plot
editThis movie's plot was ripped straight from Bleach Wiki's article [1], even boasting some evidence to show it's not even been tweaked, e.g. "twisted form of Rukia (picture above), referred to as "Dark Rukia"" - What picture above? Only the Bleach Wiki shows this picture. Firstly, can we do this? Obviously we never wrote this up, secondly if it is allowed, someone should proof-read it first before submitting it. - Bleach wiki seems to be licensed under GFDL, so the content can be copied. I full agree with the need to copyedit this; feel free to mark the need with appropriate templates. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 17:06, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
- First actual time I've had to add a template, so I just went for the simple one, if you feel a different one or another on top of that is needed, don't hesitate to add/remove. DaisukeVulgar (talk) 17:17, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
Plus New Bleach movie would be very awesome! Kon will be main charactor too! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.39.30.222 (talk) 23:05, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
- Since the info is taking straight from the Bleach wiki's article shouldn't there be a reference or a link to it in this article like the ones the smaller wikis put up when info is taken straight of Wikipedia? just a though. 138.163.160.41 (talk) 04:19, 10 June 2009 (UTC)
No, Bleach's wiki is not reliable. unlike wikipedia, separate wiki's about a series hold no source and contain large amount of trivial information.Bread Ninja (talk) 16:55, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
- Ironically, the Bleach and Naruto wikis are cut and paste from old Wikipedia articles, from back before the admins got serious about enforcing the rules. 75.157.120.15 (talk) 19:42, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
I'm editing this so it could be easier for the bigger edits to be made.Bread Ninja (talk) 17:11, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
Just a question: Can editors who have watched this movie and know the series' continuity contribute/edit to the plot? And will their contributions not be viewed as original research? My argument for that is that anyone who has access to the DVD and understands Japanese can verify/attest to the accuracy of the edit of the plot contents. RPating (talk) 01:40, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
it really all depends. usually it is OR, but if you find any reliable sources that say the same thing you are then it wont be considered OR>Bread Ninja (talk) 19:44, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
I tweaked the plot and character bios a bit to improve the grammar, which I thought was lacking, but otherwise it looks very good. Avast improvement over what it used to be. 75.157.115.154 (talk) 09:04, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
US Release Date
editWhere is this 2010 release date coming from? Can someone cite this please? Gamloverks (talk) 23:13, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- Apparently it hasn't been released in North America yet, and it's 2011 now. 173.180.89.129 (talk) 03:35, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
