editThe film "Blue Money" (1972) is included in a number of movie collections, because it is a low-budget feature from Crown International Pictures.
It is also available on-line, and shown on television. So, a lot of users deserve a wiki-reference to know what they are watching; or, may choose not to, if they knew better what it was. [When I saw it, I was misdirected by reviews, to expect comedian Billy Connolly to show up, which he didn't; until, a television movie, thirteen years later, in a film, with the same title.
This short article provides that service. Whether one is a fan of this genre, or not; IMBD links to some good reviews; and, the film is cited as a quasi-documentary, for the film industry at the time, it portrays. It isn't Birth of a Nation; but, it might be called "Birth of a Film Industry"
