Career
edit@Nguyen g and Roobin.Hooood: Thank you both for contributing to this article. I think some of the "Early life and education" content should be moved into the "Career" section. Do either of you care to stab a stab at rearranging content so there's a chronological overview of her career as a whole, separate from her early life and educational background? ---Another Believer (Talk) 02:29, 22 February 2019 (UTC)
Images
edit@Nguyen g: Please stop adding back images I've removed from the article multiple times. Illustrations should be used sparingly, and in this case I don't think a badge or general deception of Portland's mounted patrol are necessary for a biography of Outlaw. Thanks! ---Another Believer (Talk) 01:50, 23 February 2019 (UTC)
Update

editThis entry leaves heaves to be desired. Below one of the editors discusses "rearranging content so there's a chronological overview of her career as a whole" but there's no content of her career to speak of!
There is so little content and there are basically no sources. There should be mention, for example, of the reasons she lived in four states in four years, why she claims she applied for those departments and why she resigned. Just as central to D.O.'s career, a section of controversies and conflicts are missing (a myriad of media coverage, city testimony and The section on her aim to increase participation of women and POC in the PPB doesn't actually state if she accomplished it at all; and, by the by, it should go ahead and list what her other aims and outcomes were. Seems weird to just have the one and have it dangling there like that.
Danielle Outlaw is a Big Deal and this wikipedia entry smacks of either dismissing or censoring her place in a major historical context (Black Lives Matter, unconstitutional Anti-Camping law&Sit-Lie Ordinance, Antifa/Joey Gibson, Ted Wheeler/Mike Marshman's resignation over beating his wife and child, pull out of JTTF/ICE, despite Mike Reese's continuation, 48-hour rule and the police union)
I'm also interested in the omission of her photo. Another interesting image would be the weekly hipster rag's depiction of her on their front page that she and her supporters depicted as being racist and unfair, despite it being the same artist and style often used for public figures. Again. So much to write. I don't know how to use this website, but could you at least put the notice box up top that states "this article needs content and citation"? 71.11.254.3 (talk) 03:22, 25 March 2020 (UTC)
