In the Obsessed with excellence , it has been mentioned in page 2 , that she is recepient of Padma Vibhushan award , but according to Ministry of Home Affairs , (page 70) its Padma Bushan award . Further , her name is Dr.Kamal Jaysing Ranadive officially . So , pointing out the "Obsessed with excellence" as reference for almost the entire article , may result in loosing credibility of the wiki edit .
