Who is working on this page?
There are already 4 singles out from the new album, why is no one creating a section about it?2.242.179.251 (talk) 23:13, 10 March 2015 (UTC)

Can you add "Game developer" to the list of what Kanye does.
[1] 80.248.250.105 (talk) 10:21, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- I'm not sure if this would be appropriate as he's likely not developing the game himself. Given only this source, I'm more inclined to believe he's hiring someone to do it for him. Also, it may be too soon. I'll leave this up in case a more experienced editor is more comfortable with the change. --Padenton (talk) 11:06, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. The source provided says he's planning on developing a game, not that it is actively being coded yet. "The only thing we know so far is the premise"... —

1996–2002: Career beginnings
After finishing high school at the American Academy of Art, he enrolled at Chicago State University, but dropped out to produce music full time. After linking with Midwest producer No ID, West soaked up all he could and practiced religiously. A meeting with Roc-a-Fella A&R man Kyambo "Hip-Hop" Joshua resulted in his beats being utilized by such label acts as Jay-Z and Beanie Sigei, and West moved to a New Jersey apartment to further his dreams." There is an error in the wording of the sentence that describes West's promotional endeavour, 'G.O.O.D. Fridays' which I am unable to fix myself as I'm pretty new here. It appears under the heading "2010–12: My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and collaborations"
The section currently reads: ″During this time, West initiated the free music program G.O.O.D. Fridays through his website, offering a free download of previously unreleased songs each Friday of the week, a portion of which were included on the album.″
Of course, there is only one Friday in a week, so it should be rewritten to say "each Friday of the month", or even rewritten to say:
″During this time, West initiated the free music program G.O.O.D. Fridays through his website, offering a free download of previously unreleased songs each Friday of the month, a portion of which were included on the album. This promotion ran from August 20 - December 17, 2010.″[1] Trainrekmatt (talk) 14:05, 27 July 2015 (UTC)

- Done I have changed your edit slightly - rather than "each Friday of the month" I have simply stated "each Friday". Please note that we can't use Wikipedia as a reliable source for references, however the wikilink to GOOD Fridays satisfies the verifiability policy because that article is reliably sourced. Add Elton John and Paul McCartney to associated acts. He has worked with both a lot recently. 24.219.217.200 (talk) 18:40, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
- Partly done:. Paul McCartney's name is already in the associated acts. What songs have Elton John and Kanye collaborated on other than "All of the Lights"? (Kanye sampled Elton John on "Good Morning", but I'm not sure if sampling makes one an "associated act".) /wia /tlk 04:15, 9 December 2015 (UTC)

Add Kanye's appearences on Def Jam Poetry in TV show Filmography
He performed his original poetry three times on the show Def Jam Poetry, and it's incredible.

2. Season 4, episode 2 on July 25, 2004 performing "18 Years" (which became the lyrics for his song "Gold Digger" a year later)
3. Season 5, Episode 7 on July 22, 2005 performing "Bittersweet"

Orphaned references in Kanye West
I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Kanye West's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
