1. Belgium "Gross in local currency" is incorrect. Change €3832 to €3886 EUR as per Statbel link

2. Belgian annual salaries need to be calculated on a 13,92 monthly basis (not 12x €3886). Current salary calculator link does not take this into account. Belgian salaries are offered to the employee as a gross monthly amount. The current salary calculator used calculates the net salary by taking the gross salary and multiplying it by 12. This is incorrect. It should be multiplied by 13,92. Employees receive 13,92 times the monthly salary, including statutory (double) holiday pay (+1 is holiday pay, .92 is double holiday pay).
