- I fixed the link to the latest timezone database, but it will change again in the future.--24.247.76.80 (talk) 04:40, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
- Looks like it changed again. The server is up, but the file tzdata2009k.tar.gz is not found. Vocaro (talk) 05:07, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
- Fixed it. The file name changed from "k" to "l", apparently meaning a new revision. Unfortunately the server admin only keeps the latest version around and deletes the old, resulting in a broken link in this article on each new revision. Vocaro (talk) 15:05, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

I've jsut changed the link to point to the containing directory - the link had broken again (the site currently has k and n revisions). I thought it seems silly to have to keep updating a broken link. 192.91.191.29 (talk) 10:00, 9 October 2009 (UTC)

Coordinates
Very wrong coordinates , for example the following row :
314 RU +4658+14242 Asia/Sakhalin Moscow+07 - Sakhalin Island UTC+10 UTC+11
If we locate for this point +4658+14242 (+46 58',14 24' 2") we will get the following location :
Hartmannsdorf 9360 Friesach, Austria
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=46.966667%2C14.400556&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl
- It's +46 58', +142 42', not +46 58', +14 24' 2". That's why. ZanderSchubert (talk) 09:31, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Is there any objection to my converting these co-ordinates to used the standard coord template (and avoid such confusion from this ugly format)? Also, I'd also like to add a note to make it clearer that the data in the table should not be edited - if there seems to be a mistake, it's unlikely, but the maintainer of the tz database should be contacted. Someone just removed all the underscores again. AlanM1 (talk) 21:14, 18 March 2012 (UTC)
Zones not in current zone.tab
I removed America/Felipe_Carrillo since I could not find it. Royaume du Maroc (talk) 15:38, 26 May 2012 (UTC)
