Manjula Ghattamaneni and Manjula (II) seeem to be the same person, but Manjula (I) is I think older. It anyone could shed some light on this it would help!  pablo_hablo. 12:39, 22 June 2009 (UTC)

There is one more actress in India with the same name Manjula, see [1], she acted in more than 100 Kannada films. C21K^talk 13:51, 22 June 2009 (UTC)

These three are likely the same, I'll search the archives of the Hindu to get a clearer picture, but the sure search strings are "Manjula Ghattamaneni" and "Manjula Vijaykumar"/"Manjula Vijayakumar". There could be confusion on vanilla "Manjula" though. One reason I wasn't using IMDB just as yet for this case. -SpacemanSpiff (talk) 14:38, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Apparently, the article was started for Manjula Vijayakumar, a Tamil actress of yester year (the lady in red sari). But now it is a mixed bag containing information about two Manjulas, namely Manjula Ghattamaneni and Manjula Vijayakumar! Salih (talk) 16:54, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Manjula Vijayakumar is a Tamil actress who is neither Manjula (I) nor Manjula (II) nor Manjula Ghattamaneni. It seems there is no IMDb entry exists for Manjula Vijayakumar. Salih (talk) 17:00, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Debut

Her first movie was Rickshawkaran in 1971. I watched this movie yesterday and it was there in the credits as "Arimugam: manjula". Couldnt find online sources though. updating the above comment - her first movie as heroine was Rickshawkaran. Sthhe has appeared as a child artist in earlier films like Shanti Nilayam in 1969. No online sources. How do i add this to the article without references?. Sodabottle (talk) 05:57, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
