References tag
editI don't agree with the just-added references-improve tag. The small amount of content in this near-stub is well sourced. But I'm perfectly happy to let it sit there for a while. North8000 (talk) 13:07, 22 November 2017 (UTC)
Name
editStated: "Early pressings of the album _Anthem of the Sun_ include the phrase "The faster we go, the rounder we get" inscribed on the vinyl in the run-out matrix around the label area. This was the inspiration for Rounder Records' name."
True?

Doesn't look like it. Looks like it came from mostly three places, and the top of that list is that the founding trio considered themselves to be "rounders" by the general definition of that term. In writings there are even references to the trio as being the "The Rounders" even before the existence of Rounder records. But also on that list was the "whimsical observation that records are round" and what you said could relate to that. North8000 (talk) 12:16, 8 August 2018 (UTC)
