Would it be possible to delete this page and have somebody recreate it with the same content (NOT simply a restoration, as that would still have the history) so that I am not listed as the creator of this page because I take no credit for it and don't like to count it in my article count. Thanks! Rcsprinter (state the obvious (or not)) @ 19:47, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
- Would there be an AFC page to merge the history here? Doesn't AFC suggest using the "move" function to preserve history? — Crisco 1492 (talk) 08:41, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
- There is no sign of Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Srinagar railway station. If the article was copied from an AfC page (or any other page) under a different title then that page's editing history should be merged into the article's history. Otherwise, it will have to stay as it is. Deleting and recreating the same content without the editing history would be an infringement of the authors' copyright.
