I haven't the time presently to do the input myself, but I had a look over at the Japanese page having thought the information on the amount of works might be out of date / incomplete, and have come away with a brief summary:
51 TV episodes or associated OVAs (over 4 cour) — correct
16 vol. of Manga (over more than one story sequence/run) — misstated
3 Novels / Light Novels — misstated
12 'runs' (of indeterminable length) of a recurring radio show — overlooked except for opening para
6 computer games (3 on PSP, 1 browser one, 2 on iOS+Android (ignoring what appeared to be a vocal pack app)) — misstated
a regularly/irregularly broadcast live action TV show (also streamed) with the seiyuu unit in character — kind of mentioned (it's Miru Miru Milky from the movie news bit) but not clearly covered.
2 card game packs — abscent, although this could be classed as merchandise instead of media, so reasonable to omit.
