Reliability of Hindustan Times

Hindustan Times (which is considered a reliable source) seems to be reporting the inflated figure directly from DVV's poster, which in itself is unreliable (often inflated by 10-15 crore). Most trade websites and estimates are reporting a figure in 280-290 crore now (Oct 11) range rather than 308 crore as claimed by DVV multiple days ago. Gambheera and his henchmen start tracking upon the several places as owned by Jimmy and used for planning attacks in Bombay.
