Promotional content

edit

This article has been tagged for promotional content without explanation or discussion. I would like to address any issues so I am coming here to ask for clarity on what part of this needs to be improved to fulfill Wikipedia:What_Wikipedia_is_not#Wikipedia_is_not_a_soapbox_or_means_of_promotion. Otherwise, I think the tag appears misplaced so I would like to remove it. PazSeguro (talk) 17:12, 5 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Pinging Grayfell for comment as they placed the advert tag. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 17:40, 5 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
The article is significantly better than when I tagged it, so I have removed the template.
Additionally, "The company was originally designed to serve the needs of Alinea which Kokonas had partnered with Achatz to launch.[1]" was not supported by the cited source, so using this source to name-drop a Michelin Star restaurant was inappropriate, and was just is one of several indications of promotional editing. The over-reliance on softball interviews is another red flag. Grayfell (talk) 20:48, 5 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
