Did You Know
A fact from this article appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the "Did you know?" column on February 27, 2021.
The text of the entry was: Did you know ... that the first vehicle on New York City's Washington Bridge (pictured) crossed it without permission?

Is there really walkways/sidewalks on both sides?

edit

I know it being a connector highway to I-95, the sidewalks would be barricaded somewhat from the main highway/connector itself, but I only see walkways on the westbound end of the bridge. RobertFL1991 (talk) 21:06, 23 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

– Since there are multiple bridges with the same name or similar names, this bridge is not the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. To avoid confusion with the George Washington Bridge, the best way to name the bridge is by making it clear that this is a Harlem River crossing. JE98 (talk) 22:15, 26 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

I did not notice this until now. For what it's worth, this move was reasonable and should've occurred years ago. Epicgenius (talk) 17:07, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
