Duke of York Island

this is in the GNIS entry, I forgot to add it on my latest ref....according to writings by Alexander Begg, the name Duke of York Island applied to Etolin Island. I'll be back when I have the page cite from Begg, so both statements can be made; I suspect there's a political/geopolitical reason for the difference between what the American source and what the BC source say.....(especially once you read the bits in Begg you may understand or guess why...).Skookum1 (talk) 02:52, 20 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
