Comedic Horror
edit"Zombie Comedy" returns over 282,000 hits on Google. "Comedic Horror" returns over a million. This article should be retitled "comedic horror" instead of "Zombie Comedy." Some of the cited movies are not ACTUAL Zombie films, but are comedic horrors-- like Evil Dead 2 and An American Werewolf in London.
This article also needs some reformatting.
- Most of the comedy in An American Werewolf in London comes from scenes with Jack, who is a member of the living dead. Captain Infinity (talk) 12:47, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
untitled
editRidiculous. No-one uses this word, this was clearly made-up by some fan-boy attempting, unsuccessfully, to coin his own term. Request for deletion.
- Article survived deletion review. The term is used within the film industry, and many usages have been cited. Captain Infinity (talk) 12:50, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

editthere were several jokes in Dawn of the Dead Luke12345abcd (talk) 23:16, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
- A lot of movies have jokes in them to lighten the mood, that doesn't make them comedies. Zombie Hunter Smurf (talk) 13:29, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

Traditional? Classic?
editSeems to me that the article, in using the words "traditional" and "classic" to separate Haitian/Voodoo zombies from the modern "Night Of The Living Dead"-type zombies has it exactly backwards. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.193.128.193 (talk) 07:01, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
- Classic Zombies as opposed to new 'fast' zombies such as in 28 days later. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.249.240.157 (talk) 18:56, 22 July 2011 (UTC)

Rephrase?
edit"Elitism" may not be the right word, but the phrase "often called zom com or zomedy by those who are in the know" [emphasis added] sure smacks of something...
