Seeing as how Template:Balto contains a grouping referring to the real-life events, would it be too much to ask to think of doing the same here? Most of what I've read about this episode on Wikipedia thus far appears to be influenced by Beach's version of events rather than what actually happened. There appeared to be an effort a while back to expand coverage of the Nome Gold Rush and related events, but I felt there were systemic POV issues inherent without additional sources being brought to the table (and there are plenty, even if many of the better ones can't be Googled). Contemporary sources I've come across indicate that James Wickersham and Key Pittman were both involved in unraveling the mess which was created. Focusing too much weight on Alexander McKenzie simply because someone created an article about him, yet largely ignoring Arthur Noyes because no article yet exists, is, well, bullshit.RadioKAOS (talk) 17:05, 14 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
