In an age where content-focused editors are in decline, particularly on niche WikiProjects, dedicated users like GGOTCC are invaluable in maintaining the health of the project. Since joining Wikipedia in 2021, GGOTCC has created over 90 articles, the bulk of them within the scope of WP:SHIPS and WP:MILHIST. Their GA log is similarly impressive, having worked to promote 18 GAs, and conducting 19 GA reviews as of this nomination. They have also contributed 23 DYK nominations to the aforementioned projects. I believe GGOTCC's solid work merits this award.
