Yes, AlanM1, "Sin relevancia enciclopedica" means "Without encyclopedic relevance" (I am Portuguese, bat that is simple enough Spanish/Castilian so that I am pretty sure).

To 2806:2F0, you do not need to confirm that articles are indeed OK to speedy delete. Do nothing and they will be deleted (if no one else contests). You may want to (re)read the relevant sections of the wp:Deletion Policy - Nabla (talk) 10:20, 19 January 2020 (UTC)
