Speedy deletion nomination of Nabin Luhagun (thespian)

Dear administrators, I hope you're doing well. I was blocked today due to the repeatedly created page Nabin Luhagun (thespian), but honestly, I was not trying to promote Nabin Luhagun; I was just trying to create and improve the article. but now I understand that first I should create a draft and work for improvement. I was not trying to harm the encyclopaedia; unknowingly, I made a mistake due to a lack of proper knowledge about policy. I will learn from experience as an editor to improve myself and contribute to Wikipedia in a convenient way. I want to say I am extremely sorry, and please give me the last chance to improve myself. Given the numerous accounts that have attempted to add this article and associated information multiple times (not only here, but also at other language Wikipedias and other Wikimedia projects), plus a similar pattern of editing outside of the subject in question, I find the claim that this was an accident to be rather unconvincing. --Kinu ^t/_c 18:09, 23 February 2024 (UTC)

Unblock discussion

Dear @Deepfriedokra, Thank you for starting the unblock discussions. I had clearly stated my mistake in the unblock request, and I apologise for my mistake. My intention was not to use Wikipedia for promotion, and I will never use it. Honestly, after being blocked, I realised and started to study the policies on Wikipedia, and I want experienced editors to teach me how can I contribute to Wikipedia in a better way. Thank you.
