editWelcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013 film), it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 01:11, 19 October 2020 (UTC)
Yes i know, sorry. I don't really have a source for them so yeah.. Baltaborg (talk) 09:35, 19 October 2020 (UTC)
An article you recently created, PaperTale, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. - Hello! Thank you for the feedback. Could you possibly tell me what specifically about the article that does not meet your criteria? Is it not realiable sources? And what can i do to make it valid? :) Thanks Baltaborg (talk) 13:56, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- It lacks any independent reliable sources and I see no evidence it's actually notable. PRAXIDICAE💕 13:57, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- Okeey.. the first source is very independant it is the official registration. Is it like news articles from newspapers you are wanting? Baltaborg (talk) 14:04, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- I am now adding newspapers and independent sources, can you check it? :) Baltaborg (talk) 14:15, 26 April 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Bilal Bhatti
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Bilal Bhatti requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. PRAXIDICAE💕 15:38, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
April 2022
editHello Baltaborg. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Baltaborg. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Baltaborg|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. PRAXIDICAE💕 15:38, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- Hello! Yes sorry, I realized that technically I am kind of being compensated for this, even though i wasn't given any task to do this. I can comply with the paid editing disclosure if necessary. It wasn't my in intention for it to be financial. We are a company that is trying to change the world by literally lifting people out of poverty and making this world a lot better, and I just wanted us to have a Wikipedia page. Didn't realize it was so complex, sorry. I can fix the paid editing thing, and then try to make it absolutely not-biased. I hope that you can maybe help me fix it :)
- Thanks Baltaborg (talk) 17:32, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Baltaborg, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Baltaborg|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. PRAXIDICAE💕 17:24, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- Otherwise, if you consider me too biased, can't somebody else write it? I don't mind, as long as we get a page :) Baltaborg (talk) 17:34, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- That's not how disclosure works, it's a requirement per the terms of use. Disclosing means you just won't be blocked immediately for a TOU violation. It's not optional and it doesn't mean you're guaranteed to have your article accepted. PRAXIDICAE💕 19:43, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- I have added this ti my profile now. Can i keep improving the article in the sandbox draft now until it is worthy of being published? Baltaborg (talk) 08:28, 27 April 2022 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:PaperTale
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:PaperTale, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- I have now created a new one using the article wizard. I only have independent sources. Please check it and let me know if anything is not ok and i can change it :) Thanks Baltaborg (talk) 09:08, 27 April 2022 (UTC)

edit"This page is not unambiguously promotional, because i was just quoting their website." Seriously? You think that the text about a company on its own website can't possibly be promotional??? JBW (talk) 19:41, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, i have removed the website as a source, now it is only external independent sources. Baltaborg (talk) 09:09, 27 April 2022 (UTC)
