editHi Biruitorul! As a Steward I'm involved in the upcoming unification of all accounts organized by the Wikimedia Foundation (see m:Single User Login finalisation announcement). By looking at your your account, I realized that you don't have a global account yet. Hi! Thank you for your substantial contributions to the article Ion Agârbiceanu, which I created but was substantially expanded by you. I am thinking to nominate the article to be assessed whether it should be a good article or not. Please reply either on my talk page or on the Ion Agârbiceanu talk page, and I will reply wherever you reply to this comment. Thanks! Gug01 (talk) 22:54, 5 January 2015 (UTC) Gug 01

editHi! I see you placed not one, but two speedy deletion templates at article Alexandra Bădoi [1]. You claim that the subject is not significant. May I ask: why? Did you check Google search and try to find sources? Didn't you see that Romanian Wikipedia has well sourced article about the same person (ro:Alexandra_Bădoi). Google News search returns 17.6000 hits [2]. I strongly advise you to make those checks next time before you propose an article for deletion. Vanjagenije (talk) 13:05, 9 January 2015 (UTC)

editYour recent editing history at Teodor Atanasiu shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Request reason:
I was sincerely unaware that I'm not allowed to restore my own comments while logged out. I've read the policy carefully and this is what I interpreted it as meaning. I think this block is far too lengthy and far too abrupt, as well as punitive in nature. Biruitorul Talk 05:27, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I think you should agree not to edit logged out from now on. PhilKnight (talk) 17:55, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- So explain to me how you believe that editing the same text from an account and three separate IP addresses doesn't involve "contributing to the same page or discussion"?—Kww(talk) 14:06, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- Biruitorul, Kww is pointing at item 5 in ILLEGIT, and it's a valid point. Please tell me you're going to reread that policy and that you'll update us on whether you found it exciting and educational reading or not. Drmies (talk) 15:50, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- First, Kww, the three separate addresses were not my doing. I wouldn't know how to change my IP even if I wanted to; it just happened.
- Second, my understanding of the term "account" in the policy was that it refers to registered accounts.
- Third, the edits were of a purely technical nature - restoring an improperly excised text - and didn't "contribute to the discussion" one way or the other. The discussion was about the notability of an article subject, not whether my comments were fit to be removed.
- Fourth and finally, having said all that, I accept that I made a mistake and I do not intend to repeat it. I've learned my lesson. - Biruitorul Talk 17:14, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- Please reread the lead of WP:SOCK: "Editors who use unlinked alternative accounts, or who edit as an IP address editor separate from their account, should carefully avoid any crossover on articles or topics, because even innocuous activities such as copy editing, wikifying, or linking might be considered sock puppetry in some cases and innocuous intentions will not usually serve as an excuse." Given that, do you see how most of your history of anonymous editing has been contraindicated by policy? I'd be more than happy to terminate the block on your account in exchange for soft-blocking your IP addresses and a pledge that you will log in to edit in the future.—Kww(talk) 17:23, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
Unblock granted
editBased on Biruitorul's comments above, my fellow administrators' comments at User talk:Kww#Biruitorul block, and the editor's entire history of good-faith contributions, I am granting the unblock request. I do not agree that Biruitorul's agreement to softblocking of IPs should be required before the unblock is granted, and in any event, given that this appears to be a dynamic IP the suggestion is not workable. I agree with Kww and others that Biruitorul should avoid logged-out editing in the future. Regards, Newyorkbrad (talk) 17:56, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you NYB. Drmies (talk) 17:58, 20 February 2015 (UTC)

- I see that now. And it didn't show up for me as an edit conflict because I created a new section. For whatever it's worth, I think I'm right. More importantly, I take the user's statement that he won't repeat what he did and he's learned his lesson, as being equivalent to the commitment not to edit logged-out again that PhilKnight has asked for. Newyorkbrad (talk) 18:05, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- You usually do.—Kww(talk) 18:06, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- We have what I take as the editor's commitment that he won't edit logged-out again. I think that is the main thing you and PhilKnight were looking for. If Biruitorul is willing to make that more explicit when he returns to this page, so much the better. Regards, Newyorkbrad (talk) 18:08, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- I don't think a promise to never edit logged out is critical, and I interpret Biruitorul's comments above as agreeing that he will never edit the same page with both his account and an IP anymore. So I'd say the unblock is fine. Someone less soft than you or I could have made a case for keeping a shortened block in place for edit warring, but that would seem pointless now. Unless Phil insists on pistols at dawn. --Floquenbeam (talk) 18:12, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- I don't perceive this as a serious case of edit-warring, and in any event "time served" would suffice as a sanction for an editor with no real blocks in eight years. In any event, I'm not an early riser, so pistols at dawn are not a solution unless Phil wants to start without me. Newyorkbrad (talk) 18:15, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- I'm out: I'm the only Alabamian without a gun. As for Biruitorul, I think he understands that if he edits as an IP again in verboten space he'll be blocked again and, Kevin, that should be the purpose--to prevent further disruption. Floquenbeam, I have great respect for you, but going forward will you please consider changing such unnecessary modal verbosity as "would seem pointless" to "seems pointless"? Thank you muchly. Drmies (talk) 18:44, 20 February 2015 (UTC)

Your contribuitions
editHi Mr. Biruitorul, I see you have added content for some personalities. My article on Justin Capra is based on references from news, interview, articles from trusted sources (CNN, Yahoo News, Adevarul, GDS, etc).
It is very good you pointed out to a book written by Lehto, a lawyer, "The American jet-pack".
You know lawyers. They get the money from defending even bad people, so they know how to make a bad person look good and a good-faith person look bad.
Lehto wrote that Justin Capra didn't provide documentation to prove he built the jet-pack in 1958.
- my opinion: nobody had any documentation at home from Military or Air-force at home, it is against the law. Secondly, all the newspapers in Communism were only writing about the Communist Leaders and Communism achievements, no other article can be found about Military inventions.
Lehto wrote that Justin Capra doesn't have videos or photos of him flying the jet-pack, then wen photos were provided he said they weren't dated
- his arguments are so silly, but because for the record, let me say something: in 1958 there was no digital camera, or no cameras that could print the date on the photos. In 1958 there was barely TV. In 1958 there was no SmartPhone or some other gadgets. What is Lehto thinking when asking his silly questions? That some fouls would be caught in his "layer smart spider net"? His questions are so childish, so fooolish.
Lehto continues with his childish, narrow-minded and silly questions: How did Justin Capra learn to fly the device, and other bla-bla-bla-ish garbage questions
- if look deeper in the articles, Justin didn't fly the jet-pack himself. It was flown by a specialist in the army - a paratrooper. His name is stated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eminescus (talk • contribs) 19:11, 4 March 2015 (UTC)

Greetings. I had seen that an IP editor had tagged this article for AfD. In a fit of WP:AGF, I completed the nomination as a courtesy (as I have done for other IP editors), even though I think the article is a clear keeper. Then I found that the same IP just reported you at WP:AN#User:Biruitorul. I don't know what this person is on about, but I wanted to make sure you were notified of both actions. Rosalia Spirer
editThanks Biruitorul for your constructive edits to this article. While I bow to your expertise, there's just one item which raises my curiosity. As she was born in 1900, can she be considered a "Soviet" Moldavian? To the best of my knowledge, the Soviets only occupied the area after the end of the Second World War in 1947, well into Spirer's life and after she had completed most of her architectural work?--Ipigott (talk) 21:52, 14 May 2015 (UTC)

editThank you for reviewing these translated articles. I am putting them through multiple translators and then back to make sure that I am fairly accurate, but one cannot substitute for a native speakers knowledge of nuance. There was hardly any information on the Romanian wiki on Zotta. I found much more than they had, but was unsure of the collaborations I found. Didn't know if the sources were trustworthy and didn't know if the abbreviations were industry specific or language specific. For example, in several strips that someone else was credited with, it said Ovidiu Zotta, sc. I had no idea what that meant.
On Săvulescu there are pictures on the Romanian Wiki that are not in commons due to licensing. I do not know if they can be used in the photo gallery. Same holds true for Nicolae Ghica-Budești. I am totally in awe of him. I want the picture of Biserica Sfântul Nicolae-Copou in our article so much. The building is fantastic. I am really learning a lot from these articles. All because I wanted to save Gruia. Funny how that works. Anyway, thanks for looking these over. Anything you can do to improve them will be appreciated. SusunW (talk) 04:38, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
- On Dumitru Almaș, I posted a book as a source for one of his works, it is the 9th note. There is a lot of information about him in the book, but not speaking Romanian, and not being able to put it into a translator, I did not feel comfortable trying to synthesize it. What are you arguments in Romania historical regions?
editPlease inform me on where is the shameful data, because i wrote known facts. I Know Borsova is very mad because Debrecen has a Romanian name, but that is not my problem. So what is your problem, please let's see your view. What provinces are wrong? Because reverting known facts is vandalism.

Villages disambiguation notes
editHello, thanks for the answer at Talk:Ungureni, Botoșani. Another question: do you think it's a good idea to add Lapoș River in the disambiguation note at Lapoș and to do the same in the other hundreds of similar articles? Sometimes I did that, but most of the time I skipped it (no time/forgot). I just want to know what's the best practice, for uniformity. Thanks. — Ark25 (talk) 23:32, 5 July 2015 (UTC)

Hey, nice work with your latest series of articles dealing with lesser Romanian authors. I do however have to remark that labeling article subjects as cynical or calling their work mediocre are quite bold moves, and such opinions would require at least in-text attribution to comply with the neutral POV, per WP:LABEL. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.

Cold War opening
editUser: Biruitorul, Good day. In regard to the recently reverted edit to the opening of the Cold War entry, please note that the sentence in question compares the political/economic system of the United States to that of the United Soviet Socialist Republic as 20th Century state superpowers, rather than comparing elections in various "Marxist-Leninist" states ("North Korea", the erstwhile "East Germany", etc.) to those in so-called "capitalist" states in general. As such, listing North Korea and East Germany as exceptions to the encyclopedia's definition of single-party Marxist states seems impertinent -- even as I gather what it is you are attempting to get at here. Further, both my original edit and my most recent update link(ed) to the wikipedia entry on multi-party systems. The encyclopedia definition for multi-party systems itself provides clear and unambiguous explanation for the term; the reason(s) that national elections in [old] "Second World" states do not at all qualify as of the sort should be inferred from that entry. Lastly, my own reading of the Cold War entry suggests that it is the opening graph's characterization of electoral processes in the Cold War-era United States as "free" that raises the specter of ambiguity. I contend as much to suggest that there is neither cohesive, nor substantive, nor cogent definition for what exactly a "free" election might be, particularly not when using such a formulation to draw a historic comparison. Thanks. [[|Rande_M_Sefowt|sefowt_fred]] 04:33, 1 August 2015 (UTC)

WikiProject assessment tags for talk pages
editThank you for your recent articles, including G. Dem. Teodorescu, which I read with interest. When you create a new article, can you add the WikiProject assessment templates to the talk of that article? See the talk page of the article I mentioned for an example of what I mean. Usually it is very simple, you just add something like {{WikiProject Keyword}} to the article's talk, with keyword replaced by the associated WikiProject (ex. if it's a biography article, you would use WikiProject Biography; if it's a United States article, you would use WikiProject United States, and so on). You do not have to rate the article if you do not want to, others will do it eventually. Those templates are very useful, as they bring the articles to a WikiProject attention, and allow them to start tracking the articles through Wikipedia:Article alerts and other tools. For example, WikiProject Poland relies on such templates to generate listings such as Article Alerts, Popular Pages, Quality and Importance Matrix and the Cleanup Listing. Thanks to them, WikiProject members are more easily able to defend your work from deletion, or simply help try to improve it further. Feel free to ask me any questions if you'd like more information about using those talk page templates. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 05:30, 28 August 2015 (UTC)

As you can see, this is completely different topics: Moldova (historical region) and Principality of Moldova. In all others wikipedias we also have different pages: [5] and [6]. And in Romanian language also: ro:Moldova și ro:Principatul Moldovei. (Moreover in Romanian language exist also article about West Moldova that belongs to Romania: ro:Moldova Occidentală, I will translate it soon to English.) Why do you revert my edits? If the new article Moldova (historical region) is not so good we can improve it together. But why delete? --Holopoman (talk) 07:13, 30 September 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. - Nah, you know me and I know you, I never take it personally :) I also wrote this article on a whim after I'd heard some of this guy's songs, his style is fresh, outspoken and pretty original - he also grew up under tough circumstances (alcoholic father, 3 children in the household) and therefore I was impressed: "Look, here's a guy who made it on his own, I guess it deserves an article". As for quality sources there aren't too many so far, a couple of interviews (one on Metropotam.ro, a media agency, the other on Radio Republika Verde), an article in the Romanian issue of Vice about the best Romanian singles in September 2015, plus an appearance on the Cronica Cârcotașilor show. Regime
editThanks for not reverting when you last edited (you know what I mean). Although I oppose the term "regime" in a number of circumstances including these that concerned the Romanian settlements, I have no intention of proceeding with my own policies unilaterally. As such, I will invite others to discuss the subject on WP:WTW and possibly others. If we don't reach an agreement, I'll go down the route of dispute resolution (something I am not experienced in at the moment). I had actually intended to do this anyhow, which means that if you now wish to restore "communist regime", I am not going to revert: my actions constituted an edit war since my first edit at the end of February, so I too need to draw the line somewhere.
If I do begin a discussion somewhere, I will out of courtesy bring it to your attention so you can also make your points.
By the way, outside of this area where we clashed, from what I have seen of you, I approve of your editing everywhere else, and is one reason I was never going to involve admins over our dispute. Whatever happens, we'll reach an amicable decision.

Hello. I have improved the article, as much as I could at the moment. (I have only her books published in Serbia, and access to some online libraries, but not access to physical Romanian libraries...) Changes: 1) Tuning the tone: she is "specialized" instead of "known" (which is quite relativistic formulation, as we see), 2) clearing up formulation about her work on Browning (only few scholars in South-Eastern Europe are interested in Browning at all), 3) Examples of notability in this tiny browningian micro-genre and niche: two articles published in the elite Victorian scholar journal in the West, 4) notability reception: both articles were referred/annotated in the "Year's Work in English Studies" (also top journal in the field), 5) data about PhD as additional academic notability. Is this enough in order to remove deletion tag? Sincerely --Stripar (talk) 14:45, 27 March 2016 (UTC)

Grecii uniti din Blaj
editSalut! In anul 1747 a indeplinit o misiune oficiala pentru Petru Pavel Aron. Romanii din comuna Peris (Nasaud) i-au adresat o scrisoare, in care i s-au plans ca sasii ii obliga sa tina sarbatorile sasesti (vezi V. Sotropa, Arhiva Someseana nr. 18, pag. 285). Moschonas a murit la Blaj in 1758. Amanunte in: Nicolae Iorga, Histoire des Roumains de Transylvanie et de Hongrie, II, pag. --Mihai Andrei (talk) 08:58, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
2 a acestui document: [9]. --Mihai Andrei (talk) 19:53, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
- Da, am citit acum doar articolul doamnei Dumitran. --Mihai Andrei (talk) 21:03, 20 April 2016 (UTC)

Oradea Infobox
editThere have been discussions on the Talk page regarding the use of Nagyvárad at the top of the infobox. While I respect the history of the city and the Hungarian influence in the city, this is not a justification for having Nagyvárad mentioned right under the official city name. Nagyvárad is not an official name, and is not a popular, known name in the English speaking world. The name still appears in the very first line in brackets as the Hungarian translation for the city name.
To make a small comparison, as you probably know, the Romanian wikipedia does mention Nagyvárad prominently, just under the official Romanian name. This is understandable, given the fact that Wikipedia is supposed to make information as easily accessible as possible, and there is a significant Hungarian minority living in Oradea. This argument however doesn't apply for the English Wikipedia.
Now I am perfectly aware of the standard of using the official English name for cities or countries at the top of the infobox, and having the local name right under. There is no reason to compensate for the fact that Oradea's name is the same in English as it is in Romanian by having the name used by a minority (as significant as it is) instead.
Insisting on having it is what a Romanian would call "excel de zel".
198.39.100.21 (talk) 12:52, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
- WADR, what's so wrong with "facilitating the pride of Hungarians", which is part of the edit summary removing Nagyvárad? The name appears in quite a few (if not the majority) of other languages Wikipedias. Are you (198.39.100.21) going to remove them, in order to make the Hungarians feel less proud? BTW, I'm a Romanian, born in Oradea in the early 60's , when Hungarians were about half the population. Adrian two (talk) 13:29, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
- That was an unfortunate wording on my part. What I actually meant to say was that having Nagyvárad is going to fuel the resentment and spite some people (both Romanians and Hungarians) feel towards each other and towards the status of Oradea as a Romanian city. My argument was never intended to be racist or hateful towards Hungarians. That would be not only foolish but indeed despicable.
- After all, Oradea even has road signs in Hungarian and plenty of Hungarian institutions.
- What I am advocating is having the current official English name for the city in the infobox. If we really wanted to include alternative names, wouldn't it be fairer to mention all of them? For example, at certain points in time, there was also a significant Jewish community living in Oradea. 198.39.100.21 (talk) 14:30, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
- And if I'm allowed to make a joke at Biruitorul's expense, I'm not sure whether me reverting his edits and him reverting my edits would actually annoy him that much, after all, these all count towards his very important, relevant, epeen increasing stat named Edit count 198.39.100.21 (talk) 14:45, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
WikiProject Romania
editSalut.
Multumesc.--MJ for U (talk) 15:42, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
Mulțumesc.--MJ for U (talk) 10:53, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
Romania - Religion statistics
editHi, Please look up the data before changing my content. Please check the data here: http://www.recensamantromania.ro/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/sR_TAB_13.xls
The population is 20.121.641, and the Orthodox population is 16.307.004. That means 81.04% of the population is Orthodox. You can't disregard the persons that have unknown religion (missing data). They still exist, common sense! Therefore you can't lie and claim 86% of the population is Orthodox! Regards Eduardm (talk) 14:53, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
Hi, can you please clarify why you persist with showing misinterpreted stats to represent religion in Romania differently? Maybe I don't understand properly. No where in the world do countries disregard the people with no data. The no data thing might be personal preference which should be respected. Or as result of intentional actions by officials as some claim. However, as an academic, I do not wish to consider the political aspects nor reflect any political or nationalistic portrayals in the writing. Your edits make me believe that you are pushing an agenda to make Orthodox seems larger than it is by disregarding the 6.2 of the population that has an unknown religion. Why disregard them and not disregard atheists? Even if I am an Orthodox believer myself, I cannot accept this from an academic, objective point of view. Regards Eduardm (talk) 21:59, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
- You are both assuming that Romanian speakers must equal religious figures, furthermore you assume ethnic Romanians must equal Romanian speakers, when that is not true as I for example know ethnic Romanians whose mother language is Hungarian or Romani (and that was also claimed by many in the census re the Roma minority). Moreover, not all ethnic Romanians are orthodox. Many are Catholic, Pentecostal, Baptist, etc. You must bring facts to your conclusions, such as studies, etc, not based on personal assumptions on how you view Romania's demography. A statistician or an economist would definitely inform you that you cannot exclude the "unavailables". Those people do exist, and there are no conclusive facts that these people are overseas in Italy, etc. Subtracting the "unavailables" is by no means a fix, but in my opinion a "nationalistic" whitewash of an objective fact. You can't compare the stats to 2002. 10 years has passed and Romania has undergone a substantial demographic shift with millions in the diaspora. Similarily, many can argue that the missing 6.2% belongs to the Greek Catholics (since the church and the vatican claim 3.3% as opposed to the 0.75 in the census) or other underrepresented religions that were intentionally numbered down by the government (which was criticised internationally, such as by the US). But these are all assumptions, and you are both drawing assumptions on facts. That is an unacademic approach, and not the place for an Encyclopedia. The language in your arguments is based on personal opinion.- Eduardm Talk 06:16, 8 May 2016 (UTC)

editHello. I noticed that you attempted to file a deletion discussion (on the article Holy Trinity Church, Tiraspol) but did not complete the process. Please note that, when listing an article for deletion, a discussion page needs to be made for other users to discuss whether to keep or delete the article. This is typically done by following the steps listed here. Note that if you are editing as an unregistered user, you cannot create a discussion page. Please consider registering an account or asking another user to help you complete the process at Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion. Thank you. ansh666 07:02, 10 May 2016 (UTC)

Hi, I had to revert your last change in the above-mentioned article, Constantin Nicolescu is not one and the same person with the president of the Argeș County Council (according to the article, the former died in 1972). Regards, Mentatus (talk) 07:03, 2 June 2016 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:Project 102.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Project 102.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 21:05, 13 June 2016 (UTC)

- You've now AfD'd the same article without informing the creator. Telling them can save you and me and everyone else a lot of time - the article creator is probably the person most invested in it, so if they care enough to pull up some stronger sources, or find some reason why the person meets other notability standards, it saves other editors from having to do that on their behalf. It also reduces the chance of a timewasting deletion review when somebody only realises a month later that their article got deleted. --McGeddon (talk) 07:14, 2 July 2016 (UTC)

JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR
editHi, also here, a little bit longer:
I am not obsessed with anything, since Transylvania did not unite with Romania, this "Union of Transylvania with Romania" is a short reference on the 1918 Romanian National Assembly where they declared the union and the shortened expression is misleading, since this one-way declaration had not - could not have - any legal consequence or similar, since the Romanian deputies are not equal with the entity of Transylvania, and Transylvania as an entity did not make such a legal decision, the fact the Romanian historiography does not emphasize this and they advertize all the time the word "union" the problem is it is widespreadly interpreted in a false manner (as it is by Michael The Brave who never united even the administration of Moldova and Wallachia). Since the other ethnic's representants were not invited - and also if so they should have mutually agreed they decision regarding any arbitrage is regarded legal by them, etc. - and not any official plebiscite were held in Transylvania, nobody can tell such that "Transylvania united with Romania", it is completely fake, to say nothing of the assembly claimed 26 counties - including more that is not part of Transylvania - and finally Romania get less but also more territories than just Transylvania, so such a wordage is totally unprofessional and invalid - and anyway it was not recognized by any party, not even the Allies. Transylvania became part of Romania by the Trianon Treaty - 4 June 1920 - and in a full legal internationally recognized manner in 26 July 1921! So please do not charge me with invalid things. I am heavy-weight expert professional in Hungary - Romania history affiliations. Motto: Professionalism, precisity, historical accuracy!
Thanks for your understanding, the rest is on the edit comment, much more shorter.(KIENGIR (talk) 23:29, 10 July 2016 (UTC))

Cluj / Kolozsvár airport
editI have made an addition to the nativename of Cluj/Kolozsvár airport, and this has been removed by you. This is not acceptable and blatant discrimination against the local and indigenous Hungarian speaking population of Cluj/Kolozsvár. Are you also another racist anti-Hungarian hater? Or simply a Romanian Chauvinist?
Hungarian is the second most widely spoken language in this region, and was the first spoken language of Cluj/Kolozsvár up until the late 1950's when forced romanianization of the local population intensified, which resulted in a Romanian majority city it is today.
Napoca was added to the city's name in 1974 by Communist Chauvinist dictator, and this is still being used today, which is unbelievable! Oddly enough, Brasov is no longer known as Orasul Stalin, but they have kept Ceausescu's addition, very strange.
Also Cluj / Kolozsvár airport has now been named after mass murderer of innocent Hungarians Avram Iancu. What an outrage! It would be like naming Hmaburg airport after Adolf Hitler!

Székely Land article
editHi,
I introduce better a discussion than jump in again for any provocation.
(1) I agree, yes, that's why you should not FORCE non-factual, one-sided posterior opinions ONLY to be shown, meanwhile sparing the factual details
(2) I did not just copy some material from another article, but added new additions emphasizing the German diplomatic pressure (shall I call also a "stupidity" not to notice this?)
So, let's decide, we make a consensus, or, we may remove both of your or my additions. In case you don't support to have the factual details, it is negotiable, but to identify only a posterior POV source on the subject is a clear mistake. Then better just shortly a reference should be put to the Second Vienna Award article. (KIENGIR (talk) 23:57, 3 August 2016 (UTC))
- I see you think seriously your provocation, this is against good faith and any other motto's that you also advertize in your personal page, such as: "This user seeks to promote peace and harmony among Central and Eastern European Wikipedians." Why don't you follow your own motto? Where is your NPOV principle that you you tried so much advertize in front of the ANI board but you proved the opposite?
- So you don't understand what WP:CONSENSUS means. "let me play at hiding well-documented facts because they happen to be inconvenient to my revisionist agenda" -> this is again a bad faith fantasmagory that we get used to. The "inconvenient revisionist agenda" is applies to you, since you want to hinder the facts with posterior POVs.
- To make it totally clear:
- It is not debated that Romania faced with a strong diplomatic pressure. You want to hinder the fact that Romania decided on his own to accept the arbitration WITHOUT KNOWING THE RESULT in advance, as also Hungary did like so. Thus, to identify this action strictly as a happening by force and always advertize in such a way that "force to cede" can be heavily misleading since not any military force or similar occured, morover, unlike other ultimatums or hapennings i.e. with Bukovina and Bessarabia in 1940 or 1944, or any other wars and it's peace treaties and/or it's sigantures from the behalf of the defetaed side are also generally not identified as "forced to sign, forced to cede" etc., but suprisingly, if it's about the Second Vienna arbitrage, mostly Romanians like to identify it such a way, even they call it as a dictate although it was not like so, since a mutually agreed arbitration where both parties can present their ideas cannot be made equal with an ultimative decisions or territorrial reorderings as i.e. in the Paris Treaties it happened, where i.e. Hungarians were only listened when already everything was decided in advance. Why Hungarians does not identify and advertize al the time the phrase i.e. that Hungary was forced to cede Transylvania by the coercive Romanian and French diplomacy? Or similar? Almost all historical events, where at least military interventions or territorial exchanges between belligerent parties arranged by the victors could be identified twice as more as forced act. This is where your objectivity heavily fails. Would you once try to forget here you are a Wikipedian and not Romanian, and would you a little bit ignore your Hungarophobia and interested in professional articles? It would be good. I will still struggle for consensus, since the fact that Romania decided finally on his own will to accept the arbitrage in advance cannot be hindered, that's why to apply the expression force may be only attached to the strong diplomatic pressure from Germany, but is still not a force by legal manners. Diplomacy exist everywhere, but it is not overriding legal matters.(KIENGIR (talk) 21:24, 5 August 2016 (UTC))

Radu Rosetti
editThank you for writing the article and moving the dab page. I was in the middle of undoing some bad dabs linked to that page, and was thinking of a stub, when the dab turned into an article before my eyes! I was just undoing an edit on Alexandru Bogdan-Pitești that had linked to Radu R. Rosetti; I'm pretty sure it should be Radu Rosetti, but would you check it out for me to be sure? I see you've already dealt with Petre P. Carp. I wasn't sure about that one, because both Radu and his son Radu R. were activists during that time. editYour recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted.
