1. By definition of “encyclopedic”, I was expanding the information about McKinney High School such as the list of teachers and clubs.

2. I understand the issue about reliable sources, but when there is a clear picture of the front of the building showing students protesting (e.x), then that is clearly reliable.

Your photo is not a reliable source. We don't know what the event was. We don't know when it was taken. We don't even know that it was actually taken at the school. No. As advised above, please discuss on the respective project page before making further changes. Additionally, a navbox is not implemented in the way you did it - by pasting 4K+ of code to each page. I have reverted those changes on the 7 pages of Belgian painters that you edited an hour or so ago. First point to discuss is whether any change is actually needed. Hello! I've draftified Operanide,Trisamber, and Citral Dimethyl Acetal. Yes, you can continue improving them, but an one-sentence article with only one source doesn't exactly obey the WP:GNG that well. You should probably develop your articles in the draftspace first, not the mainspace, and then move them to mainspace afterwards. Re the question you asked Is it not allowed to use Wikipedia links as citations?, they cannot be used as anyone can edit them so they are not WP:RS. This is established policy. Web pages can be used, but these do not constitute significant coverage particularly when the links are pages advertising a companies' products. Ldm1954 (talk) 18:57, 25 April 2026 (UTC)

Please read WP:42 & the links in there, as well as WP:DUE. A web page listing products of a company is not an independent source.

In addition, please look at WP:NOTDIRECTORY and WP:GNG. The existence of a chemical does not make a list of similar chemicals or the actual chemical notable. Ldm1954 (talk) 19:42, 25 April 2026 (UTC)

You have to realize that these chemicals are quite important. They are used in a multi-billion dollar fragrance industry for perfumes, cleaning agents, foods, and much more. Thus, these chemicals are notable.

Also, for WP:DUE, how is it genuinely expected for someone to accurately and independently publish a list of chemicals that a company produces without seeming untrue? Is it seriously saying that if someone were to work at International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. and published a list of chemicals they know the company synthesizes, that's reliable? Or even worse, someone who doesn't work for the company walks into their labs to document each chemical and then publishes it; I bet that's super reliable... Let's do some checking:

1. too general: no, because fragrance compounds are chemicals that specifically have "pleasant" odours. Billions of chemicals do not have pleasant odours.
2. too specific: no, because this is about all chemicals that smell good, not the two chemical compounds in the entire universe that specifically smell like chicken after being marinated for exactly 12.58 hours in Fanta (I don't know if that would smell good, but if it does, then I guess it is what it is, LOL).
3. isn't what Wikipedia is suppose to be used for: no, because this completely contributes to human knowledge. List of fragrance compounds is suppose to show every fragrance compound known to exist WITH a meaningful purpose, such as significant usage in perfumes, cleaning agents, food, etc. (as said earlier).

The colors that you used are an absolute usability nightmare. You need to remember that there are those who have issues with eyesight and the use of bright and contrasting colors is not ideal. If you feel strongly that color needs to be added, it should be discussed at the relevant project. Why was that particular color chosen? Please don't move pages, especially pages in mainspace, to one title and then to one or more others. Doing so can cause confusion and make it difficult to trace the history of a page, especially if part of that history gets deleted or overwritten by subsequent page moves.
