Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thanks for writing this article. Unfortunately it doesn't conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new articles. However, please do not be disheartened by what may happen to your first article, if indeed it is deleted. Please continue to edit Wikipedia and add articles which conform with the inclusion criteria. For help, see Help:Contents. To find out what will probably be deleted, see Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion and Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. Thanks, and if you have any questions, please ask them on my user talk page. To do this, click on my name (just after this sentence) and click discussion at the top and then the (+) button at the top. Angus McLellan(Talk)17:28, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Edit Summary Request
Latest comment: 17 years ago1 comment1 person in discussion
I have noted that you edit without an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This is considered an important guideline in Wikipedia. Even a short summary is better than no summary. An edit summary is even more important if you delete any text; otherwise, people may think you're being sneaky or even vandalizing. Also, mentioning one change but not another one can be misleading to someone who finds the other one more important; add "and misc." to cover the other change(s). Thanks! -- Kukini16:37, 22 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:Order of Sadness.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Order of Sadness.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 17:10, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
Not sure
Latest comment: 17 years ago2 comments1 person in discussion
I am not sure what you are asking. It does seem that you have put nearly all your effort into your user page and user talk page thusfar. I hope you soon complete your task of "making house" and begin adding to our encyclopedia. As far as your talk page goes, you might want to know a little...Your talk page is intended to serve as a place to discuss your contributions. It ends up being a sort of a history of the work you've done and the conflicts you've been in, or the praise you've received. It's alright to archive comments or warnings, but blanking your talk page is not considered acceptable, as it is not yours. Please read WP:USERPAGE and WP:TALK. I hope this information is of help to you. --Kukini18:06, 23 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the barnstar, but can I ask exactly what it was that made you award it to me? You seem to be referring to something I can't remember. --Deskana(talk)17:20, 24 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Signature
Latest comment: 17 years ago1 comment1 person in discussion
You desperatly need to shorten your signature. It takes up half a full edit box on my screen (and running at 1280x1024 isn't exactly small). It's 1387 characters long and the limit recommended by WP:SIG is 200! --Deskana(talk)17:25, 24 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Barnstar

I appreciate the effort. I was planning on going back and recreating it into a smaller box, like the others. Oh...you might want to know that many of us prefer to only have other add or make changes to our user talk pages. I often have to deal with vandalism on my user page, and when people add to it, they also make changes (likely inadvertently) that I have to go back and fix. Also, I have to agree that your signature is awfully long right now. Other editors will likely comment on it a lot once you start doing things outside of your user page. Peace, --Kukini22:52, 24 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
I've removed it now, why does it always SUBST it though?
I like you!

Thanks for uploading Image:RoughStone.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Your user and talk pages are very difficult to read. White text on a dark blue background is very hard on the eyes. Links are practically impossible to see. (Asking everyone to encapsulate links in a span tag is not viable, particularly with automatic talk messages.) Please pick something more readable, preferably dark text on a light background.

Your signature is very long as said before, I am not sure if it was becuase of a previous signature or the smae one; none the less, your current signature is too long. Please see WP:SIG for more details. Also is there a reason your signature links to ROCKAB00M'S page? Is it also an account of yours?Blah040106:52, 18 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Yes, I put it on my signature to make sure people know that it's not a sock puppet. I made it because E9 is too short for some programs to accept as a user name. And I thought I'd changed my signature... E9

Special note to spamlist users: Apologies for the formatting issues in previous issues. This only recently became a problem due to a change in HTML Tidy; however, I am to blame on this issue. Sorry, and all messages from this one forward should be fine (I hope!) -Ral315

Hi! I'm Ral315, editor-in-chief of the Wikipedia Signpost. It appears that you have not edited in at least a few months. To avoid spamming your talk page any further, should you be on leave, your name has been removed from the Signpost spamlist. If you wish to continue receiving the Signpost on your talk page, please leave a note on my talk page to that effect, and I will restore your name, and keep you on the list indefinitely.
