Flag of National Partnership

Hello, where did you get this flag?   What is the source of it?

--ThecentreCZ (talk) 18:37, 15 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

I've been going through numerous fascist pages and adding correct logos and flags with sources, however for the NS page I forgot to source it. When going back over it I realised that I have used a fictional flag for the party that I made some time back without realising I made it without any source. After more research I have produced and featured the correct historically accurate party flag with relevant a source (from a propaganda poster which is the only source I could find that shows the party flag). Apologies for not providing historically accurate content. --Ec1801011 (talk) 22:18, 15 April 2019 (GMT)
@Ec1801011: Hi, this new flag is also not official flag of the National Partnership. After 1940 Czech/Czechoslovak flag was banned, so it can't have this flag, which could be theoretically adopted in Spring 1939. --94.113.136.248 (talk) 10:53, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting inappropriately and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Pudeo (talk) 10:41, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
The only edits I have made while logged out were simply when I forget to log in, it was never my intention to break Wikipedia policy. Ec1801011 (talk) 11:49, 20 April 2019 (GMT)
Do any of the IPs in question here belong to you? El_C 20:05, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
No, the only ip that belongs to me is 109.148.146.55, I live in the United Kingdom so it makes no sense for a Brazilian ip to be linked to me. I have never used sock accounts, the last edit I made was reverting JPratas's revert before I was blocked. I use one ip which is my location and that will only be linked to my account or whenever I make an edit but forget to log in. The user, 177.98.174.159, on the fascism talk page arguing with JPratas has nothing to do with me and is spreading false information by claiming that JPratas deleted a source I used, it was not him it was Rjensen. I have no animosity to JPratas unlike 177.98.174.159 seems to have, I just think we have yet come to an agreement on how the page should be worded and I admit my aggressive reverts of his edits were immature. 177.98.174.159 is not me, he was making edits whilst my account was not banned and his edits also conflict with mine. If you observe his revisions he is insistent on featuring Marcelo Caetano as a fascist leader. I however have regularly gone against this as it is the opinion of historians that by the time of Caetano's ascension the Estado Novo had long abandoned any fascist characteristics. As for the similarity of his wording and sentence structure to me, sure that could be suspicious but using long sentences with commas is not exactly a unique trait and his arguments are clearly different from mine. I don't think JPratas is driven by his pov or is some Salazar fanatic trying to defend the dictator unlike 177.98.174.159. Now of course you could argue that I am using a VPN to get around my ban and continuing editing to which I can't disprove, however if this was the case the ip's would most likely be different each time. So I guess you can either take my word or assume that I am using sock accounts but I would like to make it clear that this is not the truth. Ec1801011 (talk) 21:26, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
Also I have just seen that JPratas has been blocked for two weeks, I strongly believe that this is too harsh. Although we have both disagreed heavily causing some chaos on the page JPratas has made well sourced edits that have improved and expanded many pages which prove he is not simply a disruptive edit warrior. I do believe that myself and JPratas can reach a conclusion, whether it be a separate section for the Estado Novo or simply a rewording of the regime list. Ec1801011 (talk) 20:57, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the detailed explanation. That's good to hear. That block has been reduced to 72 hours. El_C 20:59, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
I'm more than happy to clear up any confusion Ec1801011 (talk) 21:07, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your response. I think you are speaking the truth here. I still leave the sock-puppet investigation open in case they determine the Brazilian IPs to be disruptive themselves for using so many separate IPs for edit-warring. --Pudeo (talk) 23:12, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Why have you not used the article talk page if you are to make the change? I semiprotected the page, in-line with the other related-articles I've already semiprotected, but I did revert your change. Please stop uploading blurred and corrupted SVG files here. Vector files are made for that they won't be low quality. --ThecentreCZ (talk) 19:14, 3 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
I was informed that non-free logos had to be low quality to be allowed on Wikipedia Ec1801011 (talk) 12:12, 4 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
Is this regarding the logos and flags of former WW2-era fascist parties? Because considering they are all long gone and banned in their respective countries, i dont think there are any copyright-laws that hinder the use of their logos in high quality! Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 13:03, 4 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
Furthermore, most of these parties would have been banned in 1945 or earlier, thus it is more than 70 years since copyright on these logos and flags were registered which means copyright has expired regardless! Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 13:06, 4 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
This is regarding whatever ThecentreCZ is talking about, the only SVG files I have uploaded are non-free copyrighted logos. Which according to Wikipedia:Non-free content rules "a logo of an organization, item, or event, and is protected by copyright. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, of logos for certain uses involving identification and critical commentary may qualify as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States." Ec1801011 (talk) 13:13, 4 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Ec1801011: If you are uploading low quality files, don't use SVG files but PNG or JPG. SVG files are codes, which must be compatible and not corrupted. --ThecentreCZ (talk) 23:45, 8 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring on Identity and Democracy

edit
Extended content

Your recent editing history at Identity and Democracy shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. --Ritchie92 (talk) 16:43, 2 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

This is beyond hypocritical considering your repeated reversions of my content.Ec1801011 (talk) 16:39, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
You obviously have no idea how Wikipedia works. In the moment another user reverts your edit, no matter what, you don't revert back, you discuss because that means that your edit is controversial. I started a discussion in the talk page in your place, and you ignored it. So here we are after you keep reverting instead of discussing. --Ritchie92 (talk) 16:46, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
Why should I engage with someone who ignores my justifications and reverts my edits, it has been made clear you are not in any way willing to cooperate.Ec1801011 (talk) 16:48, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
No, I started a discussion in the talk page. This alone shows my willingness to cooperate. My reverts were associated to repeatedly trying to discuss with you on the talk page. You ignored the talk page and my points altogether. Discussions are not made in the edit comments, they should be on talk pages. --Ritchie92 (talk) 16:56, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
If you wish to cooperate then it should not matter where I try to cooperate with you, I communicated my responses through edit comments and provided information on the page that I hoped would compromise (adding a note that states the current status of the PVV). You chose to ignore this and that cannot be denied so do not use the talk page to excuse your behaviour. Ec1801011 (talk) 17:00, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
The simple fact that I started a discussion in the talk page means that I did not approve of your "justifications" given in the edit comments. The fact that you write a comment on why you did something doesn't mean that it's OK for everyone else. Sorry but you're wrong here, you should have stopped editing on that matter, and replied to me in the talk page. You had an aggressive editing behaviour and I tried all I could to reach for discussion. --Ritchie92 (talk) 17:09, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
Once again the talk page matters little because the facts are, you reverted my edits and ignored the comments I had been making on the edits. I find it interesting that you have no problem responding to me here where you claim i'm aggressive, wrong and unwilling to cooperate yet you ignore the points I have made on the talk page that dispute your argument. I have through the edit comments engaged with you, shown willingness to cooperate by adding content that includes your point of view, have not touched any content you have added and have only made reverts in response to your own reverts. By contrast you have repeatedly removed my content, ignored my points, claim that I "obviously" don't know what i'm doing, sent a block threat and have attempted to gaslight me into believing that this whole time you've been doing your best to have a "discussion" with me. All this because of the inclusion of content that belongs in the infobox.Ec1801011 (talk) 17:21, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
The talk page is all that matters. I did in fact take your comments into consideration and compromised by adding your content into the text, and this was my initiative to reach compromise (in absence of your replies in the talk). I rebuked all your points in the talk page and you spent a lot of time keeping reverting back and not replying to those points. Even now, you say that "I ignore the points you have made", but I just replied to you on the talk page point by point. Other users also appear to disagree with your edits. --Ritchie92 (talk) 17:27, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. The thread is Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:Ec1801011 reported by User:Ritchie92 (Result: ). Thank you. Ritchie92 (talk) 07:18, 4 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello Ec1801011. Here in your edit summary you may have used a poor choice of words: "Undid revision 904683242 by Ritchie92 (talk) I shall keep reverting until you stop your disruptive edits." This edit summary, all by itself, might be enough reason for an administrator to block your account. It expresses your intention to continue the war until the other party does what you want. Consider responding to the complaint. You should express your willingness to wait for consensus before editing the page again. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 20:20, 4 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
So stating that edits which purposely disrupt the page made by an editor who ignores my justifications should be reverted is me wanting to continue an edit war? I have compromised multiple times by adding notes explaining the point of view of the editor, adding another section in the table showing that the party is not currently in the parliament, not reverting any information made by the editor outside the infobox. And yet this editor has continued reverting and deleting my content. I am not the one edit warring and that should be clear to anyone observing. Ec1801011 (talk) 16:38, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
It does not appear you have absorbed the lessons of WP:3RR. Your opinion that the other editor is behaving badly does not give you any exemption from a block. 'Ignoring your justifications' is not mentioned as a good reason for reverting in the policy. So far it doesn't appear you have been able to persuade anyone else at Talk:Identity and Democracy. EdJohnston (talk) 17:18, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
The only user in disagreement with me on the Talk:Identity and Democracy page is the editor who has been repeatedly removing my content through reverts. I would not consider that a logical justification considering that of course I would not be able to persuade a user who has been removing my content without cooperating.Ec1801011 (talk) 17:29, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to For Britain Movement, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Lard Almighty (talk) 15:51, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Please stop adding unsourced European groupings on the pages of political parties that do not have representation in the EU Parliament (and marking those edits as minor). Only parties with seats in the EU Parliament can belong to those groupings. Thank you. Lard Almighty (talk) 16:29, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

You clearly are not knowledgeable about European parties, the ID party which For Britain belongs to is not a grouping, it is a party. A national party does not require EU Parliament representation to be part of a pan-European party. Ec1801011 (talk) 16:32, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
The only ENF (which is what the "ref" you provided mentions) I am aware of is the former EU Parliamentary grouping. In any event, you still need to find a reliable source. And this is your second warning about marking edits as minor. Lard Almighty (talk) 16:40, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
I have provided a third-party source on the matter. EU groupings and European political parties are two different things, the ENF is the former EU grouping whilst it's associated party the MENF (of which For Britain belongs to) is still in existence and has recently re-branded to the "Identity and Democracy Party". Ec1801011 (talk) 16:43, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
This is your third warning about marking edits as minor. You need to provide refs relating to ID, not MENF which no longer exists, so For Britain cannot be a member of it. You cannot automatically assume that the membership transferred. Lard Almighty (talk) 16:47, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
The ID Party is the MENF. Just read the page for the party Identity and Democracy Party. Ec1801011 (talk) 16:49, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
This is your fourth warning about marking edits as minor. Do it again and you may be blocked from editing. Fair enough, but the sources are still not reliable. Lard Almighty (talk) 16:51, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
I am makring them as minor because that is what they are. How are the sources not reliable? I have provided sources confirming my statements from For Britain, from ID Part and a third party source. What else do you require? Ec1801011 (talk) 16:52, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
"In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor"." Adding categories to articles is not minor. A self-published source is not reliable. Any organisation can post something on a website saying they have been accepted of a member of X. A reliable source is a third-party source that confirms that and that doesn't rely on that original first-party information. Lard Almighty (talk) 16:58, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
It seems that you've realised that you have been wrong and look very foolish and so are focusing on a minor detail, I used minor edit because I did not believe adding a single feature in the infobox and category constituted a major change of the page but if I'm wrong so be it. As for reliable sources I have provided two third party sources that confirm my statements. Anything else you would like to nitpick in an attempt to justify your needless edit reversions? Ec1801011 (talk) 17:02, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
The only sources you have added are not reliable third-party sources. For example Alt News Media is just a statement by Walters, as is the party's website page. The wikiwix link is broken (and wikis aren't reliable anyway) and the ferret one just relies on the party's statement. It is good that you at least recognise that marking these edits as minor was incorrect. Lard Almighty (talk) 17:07, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
The reason the third-parties rely on direct statements is because there is little information available, other than the official announcement there was no other information released regarding the party's membership. This is most likely due to For Britain's complete obscurity in British politics. As for the broken link, it is an archive and so place holder. The ID Party website is currently down as they are rebuilding the website to match the rebranding and so once back up the correct link will be featured.Ec1801011 (talk) 17:16, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
That's your problem. Wikipedia relies on reliable sources. Things stated here must be backed up by reliable sources. In this case, even a statement by the MENF would do. But not one by For Britain, no matter how "official". If the ID party link, when it is back up, confirms that For Britain is a member, then that can be stated in the article. Until then, you have not provided a reliable source and it should be left out. Lard Almighty (talk) 17:21, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
Would a statement from the official ID Party facebook page such as this https://www.facebook.com/MENLeuropa/photos/-welcome-to-our-new-observer-party-for-britain-find-our-press-release-%EF%B8%8F-we-are-p/1998208050275000/ suffice? Ec1801011 (talk) 17:55, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
Possibly, if the page still existed. Lard Almighty (talk) 18:12, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
The ID Party website is now back up and as you can see in the link I'll provide they state For Britain as a member. Since I am blocked from editing I would appreciate you adding back my ID Party affiliation inclusions and this reliable source. An article you recently created, Pierre Clémenti (politician), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. December 2019

edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 17 days for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without evidence of permission. Please take this opportunity to ensure that you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Magog the Ogre (tc) 18:56, 1 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

I just found an image of yours which you claimed you created. This image was taken in the 1930s and is all over the internet. You've been warned many warnings both here and on Commons. I am seriously in doubt that you have the competence to edit here if you're going to ignore everything people have been telling you. Magog the Ogre (tc) 18:59, 1 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Which image, at least inform me of what I've "claimed", if you are referring to the Red Shirts member photo I claimed it as own work because I edited the photo after the previous one was deleted despite proving that it's free to use due to lacking any copyright. Also I seriously couldn't care how much you doubt my ability considering I've never spoken to you once, blocking me before talking to me to resolve this is extremely childish.Ec1801011 (talk) 19:09, 1 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Wrong answer. You just admit to uploading an image which the community decided should be deleted without going through the proper channels. If you think a decision is wrong,k you can go through undeletion, as the messages explained to you clearly. You cannot reupload it and claim your own copyright. On top of this, you've just made it clear you have no intention to abide by our rules. I've extended the block to indefinite. Magog the Ogre (tc) 02:28, 2 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
So when will the block end? I have made some new logos and flags for political movements that I wish to upload. Please respond. Also why have the flags I made for the Patriotic Peoples Party and Gold Shirts been removed? How can something that I made and therefore own infringe on copyright, this is all very confusing. Ec1801011 (talk) 20:12, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
You can't just draw someone else's work and claim it as your own. That constitutes a derivative work. You can either appeal the block through the instructions immediately above, or you can explain to me directly. It's not clear to me that you've taken anything to heart that people have told you about plagiarism. Magog the Ogre (tc) 20:20, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
But I have not done that, my flags and logos are based of historical images, to my knowledge most of these organisations have not been in existence since the 1930s and so surely copyright must no longer be valid. If you need proof to that these flags etc are made by me you can have a look at my reddit account where I post them https://www.reddit.com/user/Esoteric_Boy, the ban says I cannot edit but doesn't tell me when it expires. Will I need to create a new account to edit? This hasn't been explained.Ec1801011 (talk) 20:23, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
I created a new account but it says i am still blocked, what am i supposed to do?Ec1801011 (talk) 20:34, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Since I have yet to get a response I shall just wait until the block is liftedEc1801011 (talk) 14:41, 15 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
I will unblock your account. I nonetheless have several strong recommendations to help you avoid getting your content deleted and/or you blocked in the future:
  • When you create a logo from scratch, explain this precisely in the permissions field. Explain that you didn't take it from the internet but drew it from your own imagination without copying another source. A further essay is here: c:COM:DW.
  • Please ensure that you understand how copyrights work for the territory in which you're posting. We have articles for every country: c:Commons:Copyright rules by territory.
  • When you find an old public domain work on the internet, add the correct source and license template. Even if you make your own modifications, please provide the original source. Here are hundreds of templates: Category:Public domain copyright templates.
  • Do not mix copyright violations with good works. If administrators find that you ripped an image from somewhere, we're going to delete all of your uploads as a precaution. User:Jcb basically explained this to you on Commons.
  • Do not create alternate accounts to evade bans, ever.
  • If you believe an image was unfairly deleted, please do not just reupload it. Instead, ask the deleting administrator for an exception, and if that fails, you can take it to deletion review.
I don't mean to come across as wonky or uptight, but we treat copyright very seriously on our projects. Uploaders need to understand copyright before they can upload. If you have any questions, please bring them to me or to the media copyright questions center. Magog the Ogre (tc) 16:42, 15 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Thank you very much I appreciate your cooperation, since this has been an issue numerous times and I'm clearly unable to correctly show that my work is my own and that certain images I believed were copyright free are not according to you and the Wikipedia team I think it's best I don't upload files. This should hopefully put an end to any issues. I'll also read through everything you've posted although I have before but clearly I did not understand it very well.Ec1801011 (talk) 17:21, 15 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Workers Party of Britain

edit

Hi Ec1801011, you may want to review WP:RS. A lot of the material you're adding to Workers Party of Britain is based on primary and unreliable sources. Primary sources are only suitable for quite specific types of material (WP:PRIMARY) and Wikipedia should be based on reliable, secondary sources. If there aren't enough reliable secondary sources to use for writing an article, that's usually a sign we shouldn't have the article on the encyclopedia, rather than a sign to use lower-quality sources. Ralbegen (talk) 22:52, 4 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

You've deleted the majority of the article for no reason, the use of sources such as Fort Russ are not classified by wikipedia as "unreliable". Ec1801011 (talk) 18:05, 5 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Alternative Hezbollah Flag.jpg

edit

Thank you for uploading File:Alternative Hezbollah Flag.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 13 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Your user page is misleading

edit

You are not a leftist, feminist and anti-nationalist, pro-LGBT contrary to what you claim on your user page. Your additions to the party pages consist of whitewashing and POV-pushing edits on far-right undemocratic, racist and violent anti-Arab, anti-Muslim, anti-Black, even neofascist / neo-Nazi parties. Here are some examples where you try to portray notoriously extremist and racist parties (some of them glorify Hitler, Mussolini and others pro-Axis collaborators like Pétain, Szalai, Quisling etc.) in a positive light : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. For LEPEN (political party), even Greek Wikipédia labelled it as far-right. In France, everybody who belongs to the left-wing/far-left such as Jean-Luc Mélenchon, Philippe Poutou and others hate Marine Le Pen, Jean-Marie Le Pen and other far-right figures and call for a "Republican Front" everywhere, even conservative newspapers as Le Figaro or La Croix labelled unanimously National Rally as far-right (and not right-wing), you you try to whitewash this kind of parties. 193.52.138.27 (talk) 12:48, 6 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Unified Alternative for Patriots logo.png

edit

Please do not create hoaxes on Wikipedia, as you did at File:Unified Alternative for Patriots logo.png. Doing so is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. File permission problem with File:Mladorossi meeting.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Mladorossi meeting.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 12:29, 28 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:NF political flag.svg

edit

The file File:NF political flag.svg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused SVG containing raster graphics. Superseded by File:Flag of New Force.svg.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 08:45, 13 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
