Oh, such a shame that these images were deleted... :(

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. if you look at my contributions, you would have to retract your claim. perhaps you mistake me for someone else. unfounded accusation -- no evidence cited. --Ghetteaux 21:58, 9 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
I was referring to your edits to ninja, which I (and I'm not alone in this - hence your edits are constantly reverted) mistook for vandalism. A page like "ninja" gets lots of vandalism, and so I jumped to conclusions, and I apologize. Maybe you could add some additional information so that your contributions are more clear. Two users (Gwernol; ZimZalaBim) are using admin priveleges to gang up on me. this is not good faith use of adminship. I implore you to stop being silly. please use good faith in your edits. Please do not use admin status for personal attacks thank you. --Ghetteaux 19:49, 26 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

This is a serious mischaracterisation of the situation. I suspect you do not fully understand Wikiepdia's policies on original research and verifiability. Please take the time to read these and understand them. Your ninja diagram is unverifiable and original research, so cannot be included on the Ninja article. ZimZalaBim correctly removed it and politely asked you not to replace it. That does not fall under the definitions of either vandalism or trolling. There has been no abuse of admin privileges here and no personal attacks have been made on you. Thanks, Gwernol 19:58, 26 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Hammercho.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Hammercho.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 03:16, 20 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Rnmlk.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Rnmlk.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast (talk) 16:28, 22 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. Unreferenced BLPs

edit

Hello Ghetteaux! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 140 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

Proposed deletion of Doctor Ice

edit

The article Doctor Ice has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Almost all of it is unreferenced.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. // Gbern3 (talk) 08:53, 28 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Doctor Ice

edit

The article Doctor Ice has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. -- Patchy1 REF THIS BLP 05:42, 1 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
