"Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. never too early to add plot upon release. I am trying to take Wikipedia:Wikibreak to be more productive 🤣. Technically my edits too are original research (against Wiki policy) such as adding unsourced character names. I would also like to take photos of end credits, etc. but that is just odd to do and is also original research. I wish I could edit like Kailash and do sourced edits only. I must clarify that the citations I removed from the Thangalaan article, such as MSN and Zoomtv, did not meet Wikipedia:Reliable sources criteria. My intention was to update the worldwide gross box office value to ₹100 crores, as officially announced by the film producer Studio Green on X, rather than the inaccurate range of ₹70-100 crores cited by User:Tamilcontent1 with an outdated source (Dated: 28.08.2024) from Pinkvilla. I have added the content in three different pages regarding the 9th Annual Vijay Television Awards which was already telecasted in the National television Star Vijay and also uploaded on the official YouTube channel of the same.

So basically you are adding original research and then looking for a reference to support. Wikipedia works the opposite. We look at sources and then implement what they say. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Ponni (TV series). This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. You have been warned numerous times in the edit summaries, on your talk page, and my talk page. If you wish to introduce WP:FANCRUFT, you will need to start a discussion on the talk page per WP:ONUS. There are previous discussions where there was consensus to not add these. Maybe you are technically superior and a veteran, but you being concerned about this only page Ponni and I have also added character descriptions for some of the Television serials, which all remain till now.

I repeatedly asked you to not add any of such character descriptions but only to add the their relationships, which is common in almost all the television serial pages. But, you are concerned about my edits only in this page.

You term in edit war and i exactly dont know the reason for repeated deletion of only my edits when similar contents do exist in the similar pages. And the way you are being rude towards beginners like me is also highly frustrating and please proceed in blocking if you feel so. I cited the similarity of contents in similar such pages, but you tried hard to immediately revert only mu edits but other pages with the same content still remain. The answer to your question is even more "simple and humble" than the question. See WP:OSE (third or fourth time I mentioned this). To make it clear, issues may exist on other pages but just because they do does not mean we are allowed to do the same to other pages. And, cleaning up one page does not require the cleanup of all pages.
