I wasn't the one who prevented creation, so I wouldn't be willing to enable it without a discussion at deletion review first. Normally I'd suggest you create a draft at Draft:Kushal Awatarsing to demonstrate that it meets the usual inclusion criterion, but even that was once deleted Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Draft:Kushal Awatarsing and its' creation prevented. So, this is a toughie. I suspect you're gunning for the impossible, but if you're truly gung-ho, I suggest you find three very good sources, and present them at Deletion Review to get an endorsement on unprotecting the Draft. It's a tough situation when an article has been spammed in the past, it creates a lot of negative priors on it. So, best not to waste any more time than necessary. I agree should have been more careful while addressing an already discussed deleted article and promise to go through the required guidelines and cross verify all news articles and sources before proceeding to submit for review for any article that i would be creating in the future.

I apologise for the mistake done, and understand that I need to go through all the required guidelines including notability, verifying sources and going through WP:COI and WP:PROMO and all other guidelines before submitting an article for review.
