editHi Jy, You really shouldn't be editing Candidates of the next Australian federal election, considering you yourself are featured on it. There was nothing wrong with your edit, but I would really steer clear of editing the page, especially the row that contains yourself. GraziePrego (talk) 04:39, 19 September 2024 (UTC)
- @GraziePrego, there's a similar discussion at User talk:Jy Sandford/August Archive#Conflict of Interest. TarnishedPathtalk 05:17, 19 September 2024 (UTC)
- @TarnishedPath There is indeed, however I am starting a new thread as Jy is ignoring that previous warning to not edit articles which involve them. Specifically this edit from today where they edit the candidates for Jagajaga at the next federal election- the Greens candidate for Jagajaga is Jy Sandford, so they're extremely involved with the content they're editing. - No worries. I thought I'd make you aware that they'd previously been advised that they should stay away from editing about themselves. That they're continuing to do it suggests WP:IDHT. TarnishedPathtalk 06:35, 19 September 2024 (UTC)

- Would also like to add that he seems to be extensively editing Division of Jagajaga, his division of candidacy. That is probably not relevant in this thread but could further violate wikipedia rules. DeadlyRampage26 (talk) 09:40, 19 September 2024 (UTC)
- I haven't read the specific guidelines because I've never had cause to, but I don't see a issue with editing Division of Jagajaga as long as they're not editing about themselves. TarnishedPathtalk 09:45, 19 September 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah as far as I can tell they aren't really editing about themselves of DoJJ so much as the opinion polling etc. DeadlyRampage26 (talk) 10:32, 19 September 2024 (UTC)
