Orphaned non-free image (Image:Coppacampioni.png)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Coppacampioni.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. Thanks for uploading Image:Coppacampioni.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies. License tagging for Image:Realmadridcrest.gif

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Realmadridcrest.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Redirect of Derby madrileño

edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Derby madrileño, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Derby madrileño is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Derby madrileño, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Richest football clubs

edit

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Richest football clubs, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. -Toon05 16:10, 14 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I hardly understand the message you left me on my talkpage, in any case every user is eligible to leave his comment on a request for deletion, including anonymous users (with the only exception of banned users and sockpuppeteers, but this is not the case). The IP user who commented on the AFD seems actually to be User:Hadrianos1990 (at least that's what I'd say, given his past history and the IP's recent contributions), but this does not forbid him to contribute without being logged. I hope you understand. --Angelo 01:24, 6 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

My opinion on football club seasons is evidenced by a MOS draft for club season articles I created following suggestion by the WikiProject Football guys. This article is an implementation of the draft. Template:Fb report3

edit
About the test you've asked me to comment about: {{Fb report3}} was not finished (I should have placed it in another folder) and it has a technical problem, each team's fact is an individual parameter, making necessary to use more #if: then Wikipedia engine could support. So, we should use a single parameter for the facts. By the way, {{Fb report}} uses #if: in the limit, I will change it in the future. There is another advantage for using a single parameter, the lines are closer, making it a better looking table.
I've created {{Fb cm3 match}} and {{Fb report 2t}}. {{Fb cm3 match}} could be the replacement for {{Fb cm match}}. The advantage of {{Fb cm3 match}} is that it could use any type of report in Report column (using the new rep parameter), making it more flexible. {{Fb report 2t}} uses one parameter for all facts of one team. Also, the visual is a bit different.
I hope that is something we could use as start and improved it. Remember that we could start to use as soon as wanted in articles and improve the template later. Please, tell me what do you think.
--ClaudioMB 00:12, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
Now, I will use it, so if there any changing notice me.--Saudi9999 04:06, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
P.S. Do you know any template to easily enter the zone time like: {{Zonetime|19:45|WEST}}? If there isn't it, maybe we should created. What do you think?--ClaudioMB 00:32, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
P.S. I have 2 questions. mofm, for me, means a player for either teams. Should be changed or created another one to be only one team's mofm and show that in the description of the information? (like Real Madrid man of the match). Second, the parameters are ht (home team), at (away team), htf (home team fatcs) and atf (away team facts). Should be changed for lt (left team), rt (right team), ltf (left team's facts) and rtf (right team's facts)?--ClaudioMB 03:48, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
O.K. but about mofm , it uses with UEFA Champions League (each match has mofm on match's report from UEFA.com). So, I mean mofm for all team but I will use mofm for my team (like Real madrid) on La Liga matches only.
For second question, that will be good and easy if the match in neutral place.Saudi9999 04:03, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
The idea to use left and right team in that kind of table, is to keep the article's team always in the left side (Real Madrid always left), like the score column.--ClaudioMB 19:05, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

The material I added was well sourced and accurate. If you have a problem with it please add sources that show the pictures showing Real Madrid supporters holding fascistic banners to be false. Hi, that's not important to me because many teams did that, so your words about me are not right. Maybe you don't like RM fans :(!!. Sorry!. --Saudi9999 22:00, 3 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Correct, many teams do have racist sections of their support and many worse than Madrid, though Madrid have been involved in several high profile incidents of racial abuse in the past few years and that is worthy of inclusion. I don't have any problem with Mardid fans in general, but based on the fact that the Ultras have a racist element to their support I do have a problem with them and if you dislike racism that is a completely logical position to take. I have no problem with you, but in future please don't remove legitimate criticism from articles.StreebGreebling (talk) 10:18, 04 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

I notice you have uploaded a number of images tagged as freely licensed, with the source given as http://www.realmadrid-futbol.com. I can't see anywhere on the site which says the images are released under the GFDL, and some of the have copyright watermarks. How did you establish the licensing of the images? In the links of my previous message your you can verify as diverse official sources they credit it officialdom, something out of any doubt. I repeat that it is not a competition new it does not want to say that it should not be official and Sir Stanley Rous (FIFA president) organize the competition and deliver year after year the trophy.

I remember you that FC Barcelona, Valencia CF, Real Zaragoza, FIFA Offical Sites are primary sources, also yo can see the spanish league official site: [9] and [10].

In this official site, UEFA only only it contributes information and statistics of the competitions organized by itself, you can see that the FIFA Club World Cup dont appear althougt Intercontinental Cup yes because it was organized by UEFA and CONMEBOL.

Finally one has resolved(reminded) in the wikiproyecto-football it incorporation to these articles in concretly.

I see your match event timestamps are based off the RFEF report. However note that RFEF, realmadrid.com, and third-party sources such as marca, AS, ESPN, Yahoo, etc. all have some conflicting times of match events regarding cards and substitutions.

I am going to revert your edits to the times previously listed as they are the correct times where the referee showed the cards. You can see here that the RFEF and some of the aforementioned sources were in fact, wrong. Thanks. Xboxandhalo2 (talk) 01:24, 30 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Liverpool F.C. wiki

edit

Hello, I am the lead sysop on the Liverpool F.C. wiki. It is a wiki dedicated solely to Liverpool F.C.. We aim to make the ultimate database for the club we all love. Since adopting the incredibly inactive wiki about a month ago we have greatly increased the article count and modernized it from it's previous state. The problem is there are not many active members on the site and we need more for the site to properly grow. It is well organized and on it's way to be a great site we just need more editors to expand. It is based on Wikia's network of wikis. Like Wikipedia it is free to use and the editing process is exactly the same. If you know how to edit Wikipedia you will know how to edit the Liverpool F.C. wiki. Now for the question you may be asking yourself. Why edit there? Wikipedia has articles on Liverpool. This is true. At the Liverpool wiki it is all about Liverpool. We allow editors to edit anything about Liverpool no matter how trivial. We allow edits on reserve and academy players, and even things as trivial as the fitness coaches for the year 2011. We also do not lock pages to registered users. That means if you have something to say about Steven Gerrard you can click edit and not view source and actually write something. I would love for you to come by and check the wiki out. Feel free to edit any page. Every time you click edit your ARE helping this wiki grow. Thanks for taking the time to read this! http://liverpoolfc.wikia.com/wiki/Liverpool_FC_Wiki --Coffeeclub213 (talk) 17:36, 14 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
