WWE Raw

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to WWE Raw. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. 11coolguy12 (talk) 03:17, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

I've closed the WP:DRN thread, because you need to talk about this on the article talk page first. Also, I advise you to stop edit warring on the article, as I think admins will probably take a dim view of any more reverts. All the best — Mr. Stradivarius 08:12, 4 November 2011 (UTC)
It seems as though the situation is resolved. I decided to be the bigger person here and find an actual reference to support the claim. Thanks for your... umm... help. 11coolguy12 (talk) 08:54, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Re: Survivor: One World Note

Re your message: I think that is fine. There has been precedence for inclusion of castaway notes in previous seasons. I just try to clear out things like this in the season tables in Survivor (U.S. TV series) because it needlessly clutters that particular table. It is fine in the main article though. I would reuse the existing reference on the page. Just name it and re-use it in second paragraph. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 06:22, 19 January 2012 (UTC)

I broke it out into another paragraph and added in another article connected player. Feel free to make changes. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:01, 19 January 2012 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for extremely disruptive combative page-move warring, as you did at Primo & Epico. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

I'm sorry for what I did, but I was just doing what I am supposed to do. All I was doing was reverting vandalism on the Primo & Epico page when User:WWEJobber was renaming the page to Epico & Primo and stated my reasoning for restoring back on the page. I'll take this punishment if this is denied. I'm truly sorry for warring. Mikeymike2001 (talk) 23:27, 1 March 2012 (UTC)

Accept reason:

I am unblocking not on the basis of what you say in this unblock request, but rather on the basis of what you say below. There seems to be a genuine good-faith disagreement over the title of the title of the article, and I see no evidence that the change was vandalism, so your statement "All I was doing was reverting vandalism" is not valid. However, you have undertaken not to continue the same action, and I am willing to unblock on that condition. Please start a discussion on the article's talk page, if you still think the title issue is important enough to bother about, and read WP:Dispute resolution if you think it worth further effort and time. JamesBWatson (talk) 12:02, 3 March 2012 (UTC)

The idea is not to punish you, but to end the disruption that results from a page being moved back and forth because two editors can't agree what its title should be. Once you can show that you understand that that kind of thing is disruptive, and you can give credible assurances that it won't happen again, I might well unblock you (and I'm happy for the next passing admin to d so if you can satisfy them before I return). HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 00:29, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
Oh, so that's what you're talking about. Ok. It was disruptive and very immature of me and WWEJobber to do. I promise not to fight over a silly name change ever again and will alert my fellow project members on the Pro Wrestling project talk page and admins the next time a change like that happens again. I am really sorry. Mikeymike2001 (talk) 00:38, 2 March 2012 (UTC)

Hi. When you recently edited List of WWE pay-per-view events, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Money in the Bank (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Your edits on several pages are incorrect and unless you have sources and proof for these edits please don't add them. --SCWA Ladies Champion (talk) 01:03, 22 June 2012 (UTC)

1) You have to stop to revert user's contributions without a reason. A lot of people dislike you because of this. Just look on your own archives. The majority of problems that involves you started because of this.

2) Do not edit war. Every time you get warned and blocked because of this. You want to play by the rules, you have to follow them.

3) If you do not know if the information added is correct, do some Google search before revert it.

4) If a lot of websites publish the same information there is a great chance of it be a real fact. Do not go by the "reliable sources" thing every time. Sometimes you have to use your own reason and good sense.

WWE roster

I've been thinking about it, and before I had said no due to wanting to make sure that they wouldn't all of a sudden reinforce the brand extension. But because it's now apparent that the "supershow" format is here for the long haul, I think it would be a good idea to combine the roster, since anybody can appear on any show. Just add a small addition to each wrestler's info box indicating brand (either Raw or SD) Vjmlhds 23:56, 29 July 2012 (UTC)

Kaitlyn

What is your reason for reverting Kaitlyn's page constantly? You are deleting over twenty cited resources for the page and that actually counts for vandalizing the page. I am going to ask you this one time to leave the page the way it is. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hemmeband17 (talkcontribs) 21:48, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

NXT/FCW

NXT originally was just the name of the TV show, FCW was the actual developmental territory.

Sounds to me that FCW just merely took the NXT name, deactivated the FCW titles, and established the new NXT Title.

For the NXT article, I'd say that the show was cancelled on whatever the day the final taping from the arena prior to the SD taping took place.

And on the FCW article, state that upon the show NXT's cancellation, FCW took the NXT name, and deactivated/activated the titles as stated above.

Hope that helps at least somewhat.

Your recent editing history at Vortexx shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Powergate92Talk 01:43, 20 August 2012 (UTC)

NXT Articles

Seeing as there is no further interest regarding the NXT articles within the WP:PW project members...I guess it's up to us. I'd like to suggest leave NXT Wrestling as the FCW/new NXT page, and combine WWE NXT and History of WWE NXT to form the Season 1-5 page. Your thoughts? Starship.paint (talk) 00:12, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

I think there are two options. Option A (I prefer this): we can leave the combined article as 'WWE NXT' and the developmental article as 'NXT Wrestling'. Option B: name the combined article WWE NXT (2010-2012) and the developmental article WWE NXT (2012)? But the option B would need to be updated each year? Starship.paint (talk) 03:55, 23 October 2012 (UTC)
OK. I'll probably work on the articles during the weekend. Starship.paint (talk) 03:27, 24 October 2012 (UTC)
Argh. I merged the articles, but the page is now Wikipedia:WWE NXT. I need an admin to move it to WWE NXT and I made a request already. Starship.paint (talk) 10:06, 28 October 2012 (UTC)
Alright, we'll need to take it to the WP:PW portal again. Starship.paint (talk) 03:17, 29 October 2012 (UTC)

Now at Talk:NXT Wrestling#Merge NXT articles together. Looking for your support of my proposal in the green text. Starship.paint (talk) 13:05, 12 November 2012 (UTC)

J Bronson

The NXTWrestling website was revised and updated yesterday and his profile did not change. For developmental wrestlers is better to stick with the Fcwwrestling.info version. WWEJobber (talk) 04:59, 15 November 2012 (UTC)

Just a mispelling. Like the "." in Bronson's name. WWEJobber (talk) 05:11, 15 November 2012 (UTC)

NXT articles

The three articles style that Starship sugests is not "more acceptable to wiki standards". It will throw away all the FCW developmental history to focus just on the actual season of the TV show. And it will recognise the actual season as a separate TV show and it is not the case. WWE recognises the actual format as just another season of the NXT TV show, not something different. Think about it. Thanks for your attention. WWEJobber (talk) 18:45, 17 November 2012 (UTC)

NXT wrestlers on PPV

As I said remember Brett DiBiase before doing such a move. The guy helped Randy Orton against John Cena in 2009's Summerslam and appeared the following night on Raw, but never debuted on the main roster. Now, your post on my talk page:

"WWE execs have been talking about bringing back NXT to american television screens"

Where are the sources? Have you ever been in an executives' reunion to know what they really talk about?

"since NXT changed their format."

NXT changed the TV show format, but never its essence. It was always a TV show to developmental roster wrestlers appear to general public. It changed to a more wrestle show during season 5 (Redemption), not now.

"Tonight started what I believe is that."

You are editing an article with information that you believe? Really?

"They first start an invasion angle of NXT superstars, with Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns demanding that WWE should expose more of the NXT roster after being relegated to international/online broadcasting."

First of all, I believe the you are right in the storyline fact, but it was not proven yet, so we will have to wait. Second, even if they appeared to expose the NXT roster, they will continue to be developmental wrestlers, like the NXT rookies were.

"If this is correct, then what I've done on List of WWE personnel should remain."

So you edited before even know it is a correct information? WWEJobber (talk) 04:27, 19 November 2012 (UTC)

I understand your point. What I said is that even if they appear on Raw or Smackdown they will continue to be developmental wrestlers. An appearance in a main roster show does not mean that they are not in developmental anymore. As I said before, 2009's Summerslam was not the last time we saw Brett DiBiase, but even with him appearing on Raw he never made the cut to the main roster.
"What we are seeing is a invasion angle of mostly top NXT stars appearing on Raw and SmackDown in the coming weeks or months,"
Really? I want to believe. Where are the sources?
"I believe that NXT superstar TAC was giving out hints of this storyline during his twitter rant yesterday."
So still you believe. WWEJobber (talk) 04:46, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
Man, if they still developmental and you are putting they on the main roster you are not updating anything, because you are giving an informantion that is not right at the moment. You have to understand it and wait. Do not be flustered. They will be part of the main rost just when WWE acknowledge then on the main roster page (http://www.wwe.com/superstars). And they will not be in developmental anymore just when they are not showed on the NXT roster page (http://www.fcwwrestling.info/NXT-Wrestling-Superstars.html). To follow this is to keep the article updated. WWEJobber (talk) 05:01, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for understand. And help me to prevent others to do the same. WWEJobber (talk) 05:10, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
Like I said, others users are going to do the same thing (Vjmlhds for example). Can you help me to explain the situation without this create a problem please?

Johnny Curtis/Fandango

It is not the same case on El Local. In fact it looks like that WWE scrapped the idea. They stopped airing the promos without a reason for nearly one month. He is wrestling on NXT under his real name yet. His profile was not updated on WWE.com. Even on house shows when he uses this gimmick he goes by the ring name Johnny Curtis. It is really strange but these are the facts until this moment. And I was expecting his redebut. WWEJobber (talk) 06:42, 27 November 2012 (UTC)

I did not watch it. Maybe it happened when I went to the toilet. But he did not debuted yet right? It is better to wait in my humble opinion. WWEJobber (talk) 06:55, 27 November 2012 (UTC)

Blue Pants

Hello there! I've provided a citation that explicitly states that Blue Pants is not under contract with WWE. Regarding the female competitors of NXT, only a handful of them are contractually tied with the company right now. Other wrestlers, such as Peyton Royce and Billie Kay, also perform on television. Although, same as Blue Pants, they are not contracted talent. I understand that Blue Pants was recently part of a storyline, but that does not change the fact that she is not under contract, as opposed to assigned Divas, such as Dana Brooke, Carmella, Alexa Bliss and Bayley. Cheers! DantODB (talk) 21:50, 7 September 2015 (UTC)

I would like to correct myself and say that after a lot of research, Peyton Royce and Billie Kay are actually under contract with WWE. But until their official debuts under these ring names (because on television, they have only been enhancement talents), they should not be put under the NXT roster. Additionally, they are not listed on the WWE website as of now. Nia Jax is actually a full-time competitor, as she was indeed signed. She just has not debuted on television yet. Blue Pants, on the other hand, is not under contract. Regardless of having official merchandise and being part of a storyline, I don't see a report on WWE signing Blue Pants to a contract as of now. Also, it is still unclear whether she would still be appearing on NXT after losing to Alexa Bliss. Wait for an official report. DantODB (talk) 06:40, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

Disruption/Vandalism on List of WWE Divas Champions

Hi there.

As you can see, there is lots of disruption to the List of WWE Divas Champions Page.

Also, the pictures at the bottom of AJ, Eve and Nikki have been removed and I cannot get them back.

Anyway you could revert the editing and restore them?

Kind regards

Hello Keith. You may have noticed that I have unprotected Template:WWE personnel. This is because the protection wasn't having the intended effect of getting all the parties involved to discuss their edits on the talk page. Instead, I'm going to keep the page on my watchlist, and I will first warn and then block editors who simply revert without discussing their edits. So please bear this in mind when editing the template, and always discuss your edits at Template talk:WWE personnel if there is any doubt about whether there is a consensus for them. Wrong Edits

Can you please stop reverting the edits to the Money in the Bank Ladder Match page. I am changing the Tombstone Piledriver so it links to the page about Piledrivers and how can the wrestlers have lost a match they haven't even participated in? Wait until the matches have happened, THEN update the list. Finally I am adding the names of Big Show and Mark Henry so it is clear who they are. What if a new fan who has just started watching wrestling looks at the page? They would think that there are wrestlers called Show and Henry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7D:2588:7000:9855:C715:4038:3281 (talk) 19:33, 1 June 2017 (UTC)

General sanctions

Professional wrestling on Wikipedia is now under general sanctions. Edits you are making such as this [1] do not support what you are claiming they are. You stated "But still, it's their official WWE.com profiles. Sure they don't mention NXT UK yet, but it's important to keep them" is completely inaccurate. The purpose of a reference is to fulfill WP:V, everything on Wikipedia must be verifiable. Adding references simply for the purpose of linking to their profile is not the purpose of a reference. References are used to support what is written. As you are clearly stating, these do not support that these are member of NXT UK, and therefore should not be included. Adding misleading references like this can lead to you being banned from editing professional wrestling on wikipedia, under the general sanctions. - Galatz גאליץשיחה Talk 18:38, 6 July 2018 (UTC)

List of WWE personnel

Hi there. May I ask why you reverted my edit comprising the correction of Taynara's ring name along with its source as well as the filling of citations? Thanks. KyleJoantalk 03:14, 5 September 2019 (UTC)

Last time we saw Taynara, she still had a last name. Yes, Taynara Conti lost her last name, it seems. Her makeup and hair were different but it’s been so long since I saw her, I don’t know how they were different. Sounds like a shortening of the name, as WWE has done to lots of Superstars before her. Mind you, both sources are reliable per WP:PW/RS as well. Aside from that, can you explain the revert on completing citations? KyleJoantalk 05:32, 5 September 2019 (UTC)
All good! WWE.com's usually slow in updating things like that, as we've seen in the past. I guess we'll wait until they update it to make the change. KyleJoantalk 20:24, 5 September 2019 (UTC)

I'm amused that you removed Mustafa Ali from the Smackdown section because of something you saw on PWInsider, yet you haven't bothered to update the Mustafa Ali page on Wikipedia page which still lists him as being on Smackdown--as does his WWE profile page. Until he actually shows up on Raw or there is some sort of WWE acknowledgment of him being on Raw, he's still attached to Smackdown.
