Basically, someone else marked it for deletion (using a rationale of "Non-notable one off friendly match, no indication of GNG beyond routine match reporting."), and because nobody objected before seven days passed, it was eligible for deletion. Are you familiar with the proposed deletion process? Pages marked for proposed deletion will always be deleted if nobody objects during the seven-day waiting period, and as an administrator, it's my job to help delete the ones that are eligible, although I'm allowed to object and reject the deletion if I think best.
