editYour account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have an undisclosed financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=your reason here ~~~~}}
at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:
- Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
- State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
- Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future. MER-C 15:03, 16 May 2020 (UTC)

Request reason:
Dear user MER-C,I appreciate for your remarks. I hereby state that after reading thoroughly the Terms of Use, in plain understanding of their clauses, I first vehemently deny that I received any sort of monetary or any sort of compensation to start the present page. However, in compliance with the rules, I also disclose that I may have some conflict of interest because I personally know a few people affiliated to the company and considering our friendship conjugated with the fact I am interested in reading and creating diverse new contents for Wikipedia, they provided me with some of the links and online pictures. The rest of the online search task, fact checking, I completed totally by myself through reading newspaper articles and faithfully translating the oned which were not written in English language. I also did extensive referring using world renowned sources. For the aforementioned reasons, I request that you reconsider your judgment on this matter. I believe that the page should not be excluded, but instead tagged as "possible conflict of interest", so that other people can improve it according to their research and or previous knowledge based in neutral and reliable sources. In the future, I don`t specifically intend to continue writing for the page for SJ Tech, I solely wish I could have my account unblocked again to be able to write more topics such as the ones I am familiar with and possess sufficient knowledge to fulfil. If you have any eventual questions you have, please write to me and I will do my best to reply quickly. Thank you once again. --Kingjames1004 (talk) 02:47, 7 December 2020 (UTC) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest

Ooops, looks like this unblock request got stuck on our end. Sorry about that. I have lifted the block, as per below. Yamla (talk) 13:22, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- Having reviewed your contributions I see some non-neutral content, and your work on Draft:SJ Tech overlapped with other editors that have been confirmed as paid editors. In light of this circumstantial evidence, I would be willing to consider an unblock only if you agree to refrain from editing any articles about companies or organizations that are currently active, including content at other articles concerning the operations of such companies and organizations. This restriction would allow you to make significant constructive contributions while removing the possibility of any paid editing. signed, Rosguill talk 19:36, 14 December 2020 (UTC)
Dear user Rosguill, thank your detailed review. I understand what is being requested to me and I promise I will strictly respect and follow the aforementioned guidelines. I shall not engage on any sort of paid editing or write about any companies again, I will only contribute to pages that are not related to a business or something that might ever suggest a link to payed work. --Kingjames1004 (talk) 03:48, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- The restriction needs to be extended to biographies of living people as well. MER-C 18:28, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- MER-C, that amendment is fine by me, Kingjames1003, are you willing to accept those terms? signed, Rosguill talk 19:56, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
Dear users MER-C and Rosguill, I will absolutely refrain from creating biographies for living people because I understand the supposed link you are establishing between creating a new page for someone = with paid editing.
However, I think that my ban being extended to forbidding me to faithfully add content and editing any biographies of living people already existent in Wikipedia sounds abusive and violates the principles of Wikipedia.
Therefore, I reassure my commitment to never ever again create pages for companies, clubs, or any other form of association as much as never creating biographies for living people. --Kingjames1004 (talk) 23:34, 20 December 2020 (UTC)
