I was wondering specifically what about education, or which section of education you want to focus on. Something that needs more study is special education, specifically in the earlier years. Another thing you could look at would be standardized testing, or the use of technology in the schools. Proposal Feedback

Cleaning up the existing links (and deleting information that doesn’t have links) are important steps that I would recommend doing first. This way, you know what’s left of the article that’s valuable and it could alleviate some of the issues with making a neutral point of view. It is possible that some of the most problematic sentences won’t need to be edited and kept, but instead, deleted completely.

I think that adding to the program sections would be a place to spend most of your time (research permitting, of course). This would also help address the issue you talk about where there’s a comparison to systems of traditional education in the global south. By demonstrating that there are instances of OBE across the world, you can help create a more positive vision of education in the global south. Because of this, I'd highly recommend spending the majority of your time working on fixing up the program sections.

Hi, Kjatczak! You created a solid proposal and the sources you found look like they can accomplish what you have outlined in the proposal. I did a quick search for Latin America and did not find materials. Maybe you will come across them if you searched for articles that referenced 'international' or 'global' in relation to OBE. As you continue, keep careful track of sources that will help improve poor citation practices of the original article.

Hi Kayla, I was wondering if I could have you look over my sources. I will be creating the Youth in Mongolia page and my sources relate to the following topics:Education, Employment, Health, Rural vs Urban Youth, Ethnicity and Westernization of Mongolian youth. I wasn't sure on the exact format, so on my User page I have listed the authors, year and article title to make my page less cluttered. I also included the full Wikipedia citations as well. Hi Kayla, my name is Laura and I am also a student in Dr. V's Global Youth Studies course. I am currently trying to write a page on Youth in the Dominican Republic and just posted some resources I plan on using. In my article, I would like to specifically look at the education systems for youth along with the struggles for youth that grow up on the street. When I studied abroad in the capital city of Santo Domingo, I witnessed a lot of this.
